The owner we were dealing with is a really cool guy. If some somewhat possible, he doesn't even charge you extra while having the car on the hoist. We went for an alignment check on the car. For the same price he did the adjustment, attached the bottom protective skirt and engaged in an interesting conversation. His garage does much more. Definitely worthwhile to have your car serviced there.

I would rate them under 1 star if I could. Earlier they showed that they can fix any car. Even after 1 month of hit and trial, car wasn't fixed. Did not let me take the unfixed car from their garage to get it fixed from else where till I paid $1100 in cash. The part replaced (costed $780) wasn't even faulty, so they went ahead with further hit & trial and guessed that another expensive part should be faulty. I sourced for that part from USA but by that time I lost my patience as it was getting very difficult to commute without a car. So asked to take the car away to get it fixed elsewhere. I got it fixed without need of getting that expensive part replaced. When I asked for some compensation out of $1100 that I paid, was rudely denied from any kind of refund. Never go to them for anything.

Best mechanic in town with reasonable pricing. They don’t charge extra at all.

I recently took my car to this repair shop for a suspension issue and was impressed with the service I received. The repair was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of car repair.

Kam Auto Repair shop provided good oil change service along with Auto Repairs like brakes, wheel alignments at a very reasonable price with all the original dealer part efficiently.

I am dealing with J kam auto since the past 5 years if you need to get your vehicle checked properly at good rate on time and honest professionals I strongly suggest you talk to Raj they did best alignment on my old beater and inspection was passed accordingly.

Terrible business. Took (drove) my car in for clutch/ transmission work. Was called in to test drive the day after dropping my car to check the work that had been done. My car broke and wouldn't drive around the corner from the shop, had to be pushed back into the garage. Raj was unable to explain why my car broke that day...? When I did go back to pick it up after work was complete he charged $300 more than what I'd approved and he quoted over the phone. A $600 job Raj turned into $1700. Would not recommended

Excellent service honestly good prices

Went there for an alignment turns out owner is dishonest and cheap..And he cannot even drive a manual car properly. I own a lowered Infiniti G37, I had just recently got new tires and a brand new clutch and noticed horrible camber wear on my old tires so thought I'd get an alignment. Went to J and Kam to ask if they could do an alignment on my car. The owner was really confident and said he could do the alignment for $80. After 40 mins of my car on a hoist he tells me that he cannot do the alignment because I need new upper control arms because mine are in bad shape. He quoted me $900 including parts and labour. I had denied the repair" because it made no sense to me. Then he proceeds to take my car off of the hoist (it's kind of tricky because it is low) and doing so the OWNER OF THE SHOP stalls my car 12 times and burns the clutch to the point where we could see clutch smoke...after he had finally got my car off of the hoist he would not give me my keys back until I paid him $40 for "labour". Went to another alignment shop the got my alignment done without replacing any parts only costing me $75. Would definitely not recommend J and Kam to anyone."

Lost a car after spending 400$ the next day. They don’t do wheels but they actually make your ride risky. Don’t recommend them at all in snow seasons at all. I had a roll over on my vehicle on Scott road and 102 ave downhill after getting my wheel alignment bars changed as I was told to get them changed by the owner here. It was a mess but I survived the crash. If it wasn’t an SUV I would have almost been dead that day and won’t be writing this review. Peace
