Russo Auto Sales
Was shown a report Russo's mechanic did on a 4runner I was purchasing. Report showed no repairs needed and gave good condition to all parts. Had the 4runner checked by my mechanic to be safe. My mechanics report showed some expensive immediate repairs needed. Had to take a loss on my money spent to get it checked at my mechanic and walk away from the sale. Saved myself from buying a rusty lemon for $31k.

If I could give zero stars I would!Russo's auto sales sold my husband and I a 2015 Subaru in October 2022. Then come the beginning of December it was not running properly barely a month since buying it. Upon inspection from a mechanic, it needs a new engine.Russo auto has not returned communication with us.

VERY impressed by the professionalism of Gene Russo and his staff. It was a refreshing change to see a auto dealership that treats their customers with respect. They care about selling quality vehicles, and they either make repairs to vehicles they sell, or are honest about any issues that a vehicle may have. Gary was very good to deal with. I was unsure about selling my BMW, I talked with Gary and he explained in great detail on how putting my vehicle on consignment with them works. If my car sold I was guarantee, the price that Gary and I settled on, no matter what the price Russo’s sold my vehicle at. Three weeks later Gary called me to come and pick up my cheque, they sold my BMW to a very happy customer. If you are thinking about selling your vehicle, get Russo Auto Sales to do it on consignment, they take the headache out of a selling your vehicle privately.
