Creative Door Services Ltd

We've used Creative Doors since we moved into our home 9yrs ago. Their service is always exceptional and Kevin is fantastic. He explains exactly what he's doing and is very personable which is something we really appreciate. We will continue to use Creative Doors and I would strongly encourage anyone who is on the fence and reading this comment to give them a call. i can't recommend them highly enough.

I needed a new garage door opener, and didn’t know much about them, but the service/parts people were great, helped me get the right unit, even printed off instructions on how to install it myself and gave me some pointers. Took it home and had it replaced in 2 hours with no problems!! Thank you Creative Door!!

This morning I called Creative Door in Saskatoon because I had a parkade door that was not working and people were going to be showing up for work. It was an urgent situation because the staff could not be advised in time that the door was out of service, and because the location is downtown there is no alternative place for these employees to park. I spoke to Jeanette and initially she indicated they were all booked for today. Upon hearing the situation though she said just a minute

The springs on my garage door broke and needed replacement. Of the companies available Creative seemed to have the best profile and this was confirmed by the work they did. It took them 10 days to get here but when they finally did, the work was done in a professional and complete manner. The servicer(Kevin) was very good and informative and I would definitely use them again if I have to.

I called to ask some questions about what they would suggest as we had our garage door remote stolen. The gentleman in the parts department was so helpful in that he explained exactly what I need to do step by step. He did this knowing that they weren’t going to make any sales off me. Because of this customer service, if I ever actually need any servicing or new equipment, I will absolutely use Creative Door.

Creative Door really helped us out of a jam. Both springs on our garage door broke, trapping our car inside and there was no way we could lift the door. Thankfully, Creative was able to get a technician out to fix the problem within just a couple of hours. The new springs were quickly and carefully installed and after a quick overall tune up the door is now good as new. Great service - highly recommended.

The service technician Kevin was very professional, courteous, friendly and very efficient when installing our garage door openers!! Amanda was also very helpful in finding our needs and setting up the appointments for the install!! I would defiantly recommend Creative Door Services for all overhead door needs.

We recently bought a new place and the garage door kept getting stuck on the way down. We got excellent, timely, and friendly service. Chris found a solution to a very tricky problem and we are grateful for his expertise and coming out on such short notice!

Had a large commercial garage door installed a few years ago. We've had multiple issues with it coming off the rollers, which took 5+ expensive service calls to be resolved. Apparently the motor/operator they initially installed was too weak for the door, all the tracks and motor had to be replaced. Additionally, our door has been stuck open on and off, and we've called multiple times in a span of weeks. When we finally get ahold of someone, they said the wait is 3wks for service and if we want it fixed, we can call the emergency line and pay for after hour service fee. We call the after hours line, because it's cold out and the garage door would stay open. They came the same day, which is great....but the problem was not fixed. We still have the exact same issue.Moral of the story: don't use Creative Doors. They'll install subpar doors, then no customer service, and even if you do, problem won't be resolved.

I can only give a 1 star review since I've only spoken to a receptionist who's transferred me to a ringing phone and answering machine. I really need my door services but nobody will answer the phone or call me back. I'm wondering if anyone actually works in the service department.
