Westcoast Home Inspections - Powell River
Jay got us in very quick to do an inspection on a home we were buying. He went into the house on a Sunday afternoon and by late afternoon we were at the house going over the things he had found. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. He explained everything he found and what he thinks we could do to fix it. By Monday evening we had the full report sent to us with all issues and suggestions on how to fix or who to call! Would recommend Jay to anyone buying a home!

Great home inspector. Quick setup time, thorough inspection with a great detailed report after completion. Report had hyperlinks to contractors in the area that could give quotes on issues that were found within the home. Also appreciated the follow-up call to talk in person about what was found and any concerning areas that surrounded the inspection.
