Don't use their services unless you want to give them money to fix nothing, with personal insults to boot!

I wish I could give lower than one star... On Thursday they set up an appointment with me and asked me to remove all the food from the refrigerator and turn it off 12 hours before they arrive between 11-2 on the following Saturday. At 12:45 on Saturday they called and said they are not going to make it and asked if they could come the next day. I said no, I have $250 of did that will spoil if it's not fixed today! He told me that the techs car broke down and can't make it. Knowing he was lying, I said I would pick him up and bring him here to repair the fridge. Now he tells me, he can't find the technician! After going around in circles for 5 mins, he agreed to send someone over that same evening. I agreed and thanked him, so my food wouldn't go bad. The service call was between 4-7. At 5pm I received another call that said he's not going to make it and asked if he can come Sunday. I said if y'all are going to pay for my spoiled food yes.. He would never respond to my request for repayment... I asked for the name of their company (I didn't know because my insurance sent them ). He said Appliance Tech. I said that's it, Appliance Tech!? He hesitated and and said yes. I proceeded ask for the address. He said he can't give me that. Hmmmmm... Now I'm thinking they are a scammers... That sounds fishy, can't provide an address. When I reverse searched the phone number, it comes up as NW Appliance Repair. I told him I think he's a scammer and I'm going to call the police he started to argue with me. I hung up and called my insurance company and told them the story and if they are a real company to have them black balled from use. Stay far away from this company! You will thank me later.

Possibly the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Had an appointment between 12-4, didn’t receive a call by 3:30. Had to call them. Showed up at 4. Charged me over $240 for the visit and “diagnostics”. Spent maybe 15mins. Said it seemed fine but could replace or wait 24 hours (and charge more). Left and 24 hours later, unit still isn’t working. Feel completely ripped off. Not happy. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Avoid this company at any and all costs! They are absolutely horrible at communicating or even making it to the appointment. We have been told 10 minutes before the end of our maintenance window, that the technician is sick or something else completely wild happened more than once. When they showed up, they said it was two parts that failed.....I'm not saying that can't happen, but the likelihood is LOW two parts had a suicide pact and died. Once they had the parts, getting them to come out was super difficult. AGAIN right before the end of our maintenance window, the technician had another convenient tragedy". When we pushed back
