I needed an iPad repaired for a charging problem and Burlington Cell Phone Repairs Inc. gave me a flat rate of $100 before they even got into it. On top of a new charging port they replaced the screen because it cracked when they opened it, a typical problem with ultra thin devices. They didn’t ask for more money and assumed that risk within the $100 flat fee which involved soldering work. That shows integrity. They saved me around $300 plus tax in comparison to buying a new iPad!Turnaround was just over 24 hours! Well done.

What a wonderful gem to find .The owner was very friendly and helpful.we were lost without our phone . Were older so we were unaware of what we were doing and somehow deleted and factory reset our phone ,it was unusable. He reinstalled our apps and got it fully working,he took the time to walk us through everything and didn't make us feel stupid. Thank you for the time u spent on us untechy people. We will definitely return if we need help or repairs...once u come here you will never go anywhere else again ...

This shop has helped us out a few times and done a fantastic job. When my husband went in to get his phone’s speaker fixed or replaced, they were very honest and told him about the water damage in the phone and explained that the repair would not likely be worth it. Didn’t try to sell him anything or do unnecessary work. This shop has been quick doing repairs and are very reasonably priced. I recommend them.

Quick response for quote, went in for service and the service was amazing. Very personable and prices were well worth the stop. Must say I am very satisfied and will be going back for any future issues with my families electronics.

Wonderful cellphone repair shop, the owner was magnificent in helping me get everything fixed with my iPhone when it took a bit of a fall on the concrete. The screen repair was seamless and he even cleaned out my charging port for me from all the dust and debris.

I thought I had found a trustworthy store. However, I experienced some very, very suspicious activity during my personal experience. I purchased a cell phone from 'G' on Friday, Oct 28th. I gave him the password for my old phone so he could copy the data/info into the new phone. He said it would take an hour. I returned to pick up the phones around 3:30pm, but forgot to ask for my old phone. When I realized I did not have it, I called at 5:05pm that same day but had to leave a voice mail message saying I forgot my old phone! Had he called me back, I would have returned to get my phone! He never returned my call. I went back to the store on Sat. (29th) early afternoon to pick it up and he said he had taken it home!!!!! WHAT??? Why would he do that?!?! There was another customer in the store and I said I had very, very sensitive and private info on that phone. He said it was still there...he said he would bring it in on Sunday. I returned on Sunday around 1pm and he had my phone but had completely wiped clear of all data....without my permission or knowledge. But on Saturday, he said all the info was still on it. Did he copy my info to some other device????? Did he read all my personal and private information???? I will never know but should any of my info become compromised in any way, I will hold him accountable for having my phone for those 48 hours. Be careful, people!!!In response to your response to my review: The trust issue came AFTER you very unprofessionally kept my phone and wiped it clean. It was not your phone and, therefore, had no right to keep it for 48 hours let alone take it home. Why would it be in your pocket???? And your store hours say you close at 6pm not 5pm. You also could have shown professional consideration and returned my call first thing Sat. morning to arrange for me to pick it up. The trust issue is a direct result of the lack of professional treatment.
