We wanted to redecorate our home so that it would be more reflective of who we are; however, we soon became overwhelmed and found it difficult to start the process. We researched online for interior decorators/designers and found Teresa of Designs by TAP. From our first meeting onwards Teresa helped us to form our vision, source supplies, contractors, plumbers and painters in order to bring our vision to fruition. We are very pleased with the results and are thankful that we had Teresa's knowledge and calm personality (lots of Covid supply delays) to manage the project. We worked with Teresa for the first time recently and were so impressed. Sometimes homes look good, but very clearly staged - on trend, so neutral and sparse. Our client's home looked like it was loved. So much attention to detail, truly a designed interior. As a stager, she really is a cut above. Won't hesitate to use her again - highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Teresa (Designs by TAP) for staging your home. She visited our house and gave us many ideas on the improvements that needed to be made before we listed. She is economical and practical with her advice. She helped us build a very nice front walkway and worked with us to make the gardens more appealing. She is friendly and approachable and easy to work with. She is also an artist and is able to take excellent photos of the house and yard. She advised us on how to arrange the furniture to show off the features of the house. I would definitely use her again.

Teresa stages all of my Real Estate listings as part of my service to my Sellers. Every one of them, including those who already had good design sense, were blown away with her smart, apt and brilliant staging and decor ideas for making the home look its best when going up for sale. Many have subsequently used her services after the sale, to help with design and floor plan challenges/reno’s for their new place, knowing she has a gift for it. Highly recommended.

Teresa and I worked together to decide design specifics for my home. I felt we shared ideas when we discussed and chose colour, design, style, etc. so that my tastes were an important consideration.
