I received a beautiful red coffee cup gift with a flower arrangement for Christmas. It makes a great vase !! BUT do not put it in the microwave !! In just 25 seconds the handle was scorching hot, the coffee barely warm.The cup is tagged as microwave / dishwasher safe... WRONG, DO NOT RE-HEAT IT !!! Sincere Regards

Purchased a box of Jumbo Circus lollipops for a birthday party and every lollipop arrived broken. Spent more than $2 on each and it can't be returned since it's a food item. Company has so far ignored my email asking for a replacement.

Sells gift bundles constructed in ways to hide how little of the product (i.e. hot chocolate mix) is included, and that their mugs are neither microwave nor dishwasher safe (in this day and age?!). Their behaviour is blatantly anti-consumer, preying on those who are unaware of their practices.

Thank you so much for gifting us at Credit Valley Hospital with these delicious chocolates! We were all smiling and laughing when we were picking up our chocolates! It made my day and many others!!! My friend and colleague was so concerned that she gave me the key to her place to feed her cat in case she got COVID19 and needed hospitalization. This is an example of the challenges that frontline workers face daily!!! So unexpected treats was so sweet and delicious!
