I regret ever purchasing my vehicle here not only was it much more expensive, I had to argue with the staff to get my vehicle safety sheet which was supposed to be given to me by law when I purchased it. Don't even get me started on service here, they continually try to upcharge you on every visit as well as offer things they never intend to actually live by such as free oil changes for life.Free oil changes is a scam here, you wait up to 2 hours, and they continually make it hard to book by cancelling last minute or only offering ridiculous hours such as 9-3 Monday to Friday, who can make those hours?I also had a car part fixed here that was thankfully under warranty because they didn't even test drive the vehicle after the issue persisted until I could convince a tech to get in the car with me and listen to my engine grinding.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to literally anywhere else.

Friendly staff but service is way too slow. On many occasions I have had to wait 3+ hours (with a baby!) for a simple service like oil change or tire switch. I dread having to go in; if I didn't have an oil change pkg there, I would not return...

I ordered a vehicle and then canceled it because I started to question the value of my trade. I went to another dealership for a second opinion and they offered me $10000 more without knowing about my first offer. Yes you read that right, $10000 more! After buying 3 vehicles with them in the past 2 years I was not expecting to be ripped off. My business will now go to Donnelly Kia. I didn't mind my previous experiences at Hunt Club Kia but after dealing with Donnelly, they really opened my eyes to a better customer experience.

Very friendly, helpful and informative. The gentleman took the time to explain things to me and let me know what my options were before recommending services. The complimentary chai and got chocolate from the machine are some of my favorite treats.

Pushy salesmen, they'll tell you anything to try to make a sale.. don't be fooled, you're just a number at this dealership, they try to make you feel bad if you walk out and they're prices are rather high compared to other dealerships in Ottawa, shop around.

Traded in my car here. Kazem appraised my vehicle and gave me the proper value for it. Ended up purchasing another car from him. Great, friendly staff and service!
