The nurse is very rude and no help at all when asking for what could be a serious health issue and the doctor should take calls when it comes to health issues so he understands what's happening to his patients.

Receptionist was standoffish and rude and seemed like she hates everything

When youre struggling and ask for help here don't expect to get any. I've called a few times asking for help because I'm not sleeping or feel like I'm adjusting well and no response. They don't return calls. Office hours are short and when you're having sleeping and cognitive problems that window is hard to call in. Feel like they just use this as an excuse to rack up the no show fees on people sturggling. You'd think when you ask for help and explain the situation they would but they don't care here. If there was another drs office option I would go there but there isn't. Dr Fernando is ok enough but the office for adhd doesn't support its adhd patient the best way we need it then we get blammed. Reminder calls would go a long way for an office like this. Easy to set up, speaking as a former secretary/office admin.June 26. Once again tried to call today during hours and they are closed called cause i need to reschedule my apt later this week and they are gone again. Patient still struggling under this drs care. They are very picky that you need to call them butbthen you can't talk to anyone because they aren't there when you do call

Dr Fernando himself is fine. But his secretary is the rudest, most unhelpful person i have ever dealt with.

First off, I love Doctor Fernando because he really does seem to care about trying to help me get myself sorted out, and not just for ADHD; he has expressed genuine concerns about most areas of my health as I have a few various illnesses outside of the ones he's responsible to assist with, and has provided me with much information in regards to getting a family doctor. But that isn't actually why I wanted to leave this review.The people in these reviews are absolutely vicious to the secretary. I can't lie, she has been fairly short over the phone to me, but I can completely understand why she might be like that considering the types of people Fernando is working with. I know with my ADHD, I can sometimes find myself talking until someone stops me, so I can appreciate when someone is able to make it clear that I can stop trying to explain myself/something.She literally calls dozens of people a day, and many of those calls are going to be people who are very susceptible to word vomitting" or over explaining things that don't need to be explained

Two stars because Dr. Fernando is okay, but I really wanted to give 1 star. Just call the office after hours and you will get a very clear idea for yourself of how condescending his assistant is just based on the voicemail message. The tone is shockingly rude. She seems to have no patience for Dr. Fernandos patients what so ever. When I call I am constantly talked down to, and treated like I am inferior. I have been cut off while trying to speak to her and ask questions. I was not at all surprised to see other reviewers mention the way she treats people. I have been seeing Dr. Fernando for a few years now and have always tried to be polite and nice to her, because everyone has a bad day, I thought maybe she was going through something. It happens, but I am met time and time again with major attitude no matter the interaction. I did not want to write this review but I am constantly blown away by her inability to interact with patients in a professional and empathetic manner.
