I love Fossil’s products. Very high quality. Staffs are nice and friendly. Rakin is the guy who help me a lot when I tried to pick some gifts for my family. He gave me a lot of useful suggestions and I have great gifts at the end, which my parents and sister like them a lot. Definitely come back again for watches and bags.

I had such a great experience with this shop. My smartwatch charger had recently stopped working and they were happy to assist me with what I needed to replace it, it took no time at all for my requests and I'm happy to return again for any other watch related needs.Staff was excellent to talk to.

Rakin was awesome! I have an older, past warranty, crossbody bag (in really good condition) that needed a part that attached the strap to the bag. He found a strap with the part I needed that he could give me and I had my shoe repair guy replace the part. Everyone in the Polo Park store was really friendly, just like they were a few years ago when I bought the bag that I love and use daily. I will definitely be going back for future purchases!

Got a watch and a bag at Fossile. I was greeted and helped by Rakin, and he was so helpful and emthusiastic. Wasted lots of his time yet he's still friendly and helped me choose the watch i liked. Definitely the staff that make this Fossil store successful.

Nice collection. I got myself 2 watches from here. They do have very nice deals in December (almost $100 off). Staff can be more responsive.
