I called GS Solutions for a small plumbing repair at my home in downtown Kitchener. Their service was prompt and came in at exactly what was quoted. The tech was friendly and willing to explain what needed to be done, to ensure I understood. Would absolutely use GS again and recommend them to anyone.There are so many large plumbing company’s that are difficult to communicate with and you don’t get a straight answer from, I found GS was a breath of fresh air in the plumbing trade.10/10

I had some really bad luck last week with both showers in our home breaking. One had only tap cold water coming out, the other had no water at all. George was at our place within a day and I can say his personality made this whole fiasco so much easier to handle. As soon as we spoke on the phone I felt reassured the problem was in good hands. A great guy to work with! Responsive, thorough and affordable. We're waiting on one last part for the upstairs shower, and after his visit today our downstairs one is good to go. Would never bother calling another plumber. George is the one!

George wit G S Plumbing Solutions Inc was amazing with us, He was very patient although we were very concerned due to the leakage with our water heater. George made sure everything was going ok and took his time having shown up two days in a row he took care of everything for us including adding valves needed to be new ones. I would recommend using this company.

Okay…I have known several contractors and have had work done on my home. I can say without a doubt GS Plumbing Solutions is your answer. Never have I met a contractor who calls when he says he will, who visits when he says he will and plans accordingly. He takes a sincere interest in your project and has an eye for design. He is a perfectionist and the crew that works for him takes pride in their work too. They clean up after too. What is not to like! I can’t say enough. GS Plumbing Solutions gets the job done - from fixing existing problems to doing renovations. Just hire them.

had a pinhole leak a little while back in my basement. i wasn't in a rush since the leak was small and not in a bad spot so called around for a few different estimates with companies having decent reviews. got some really high estimates, one which came to my house and was really high (and didn't seem to know what he was talking about either). did some more digging and found GS plumbing and decided to give them a call in the evening. George responded promptly, was personable and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. i had the pinhole leak fixed and got a few other things done at the same time, all for less than what i was quoted by some others for just the pinhole leak!got another larger leak today (saturday) and called George again. response was again prompt even though it was a weekend and George was out with his family. George came out to fix my plumbing emergency and everything was, again, fixed and done properly and professionally.George and his team are awesome. they are personable, professional, knowledgeable and the work is top-notch! the rates are very reasonable and you can tell they care about their customers. George has definitely made a customer of me and i will also be recommending GS Plumbing to others

George and his team did a major bathroom renovation for us . it was complicated due to the age of our farmhouse/sloping floors.The work was high quality , on time and budget. It involved demolition, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and tiling . We are most pleased with all aspects and the final product and would highly recommend this team of professionals. I needed a kitchen faucet replaced and had already bought a new one. George showed up the next day and was very responsive throughout with communication.What should've been a simple swap and replace job turned out to be much more complicated as he found out that my existing faucet was glued to the counter top with an extremely strong adhesive. It was essentially fused to the countertop permanently with no way to unscrew it. George did a lot of thinking on the feet and decided to cut off the faucet from the top, cut off the seal from the bottom and had to get a lot more creative to get everything off without damaging the countertop or any other plumbing assembly.He didn't hesitate for a second after discovering that it was not going to be a simple faucet replacement and took it up like a fun challenge. Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed by his skills and his attitude. Will absolutely hire George and G S Plumbing for all future projects and can't recommend him enough!

Excellent, quick & efficient no hassle service!I had reached out to a few companies regarding getting a cracked section of cast iron pipe in our basement replaced with plastic, all the others made it out to be some big complicated and expensive job.Fortunately, I reached out to George who immediately told me he could definitely help, that it would be simple, and would likely take less than an hour! (It did).We have definitely found our Go-to plumber! Highly recommend.
