Excellent service, quick turn around, and follow-up. Changed old HD in 2hrs, and then helped with fan issue. Polite, efficient, clearly knowledgeable. Everything I wanted!

I had to change the battery on my Mac Book Air, it took a while to get the battery delivered to their location but Jimmy followed up with me every week to give me an update on the delivery status. Once they got the battery, it took them less then a day to replace it. Everything is working very well and I am satisfied with their service! :)

2020/2/24: Went there for a fix and used their service to setup a KVM switch for my MAC and a Levova (Sharing my Mouse/Keyboard/Screen and headset)Jimmy was great he did as required and then some!The people are nice, got a quick turn around. This was their first fix on the NEW macbook PRO I9s so it did take a long time to get the results of the test sent to apple to complete the work order. I do not see this happening to the next person.

WOW! TECKFX is the BEST! Had to change my keyboard on my MacBook Pro for the second time. First time I went at Apple were they took almost 3 full weeks to do the repair! It took less that a few hours for TECKFX to make the same repair. I now know why some of my friends come from as far as Montreal to bring their repair there!Big thank to Jimmy for the awesome repair and for following up on it to make sure everything was according to my expectation!

Impressed with the service.Jimmy went out of his way. Haven't had great service like this in a really long time. So glad I went there for my iPhone versus apple store. It was easy & stress free. Will definitely go there from now on for any apple related issues.
