3pm meeting only 1 person working front desk, waiting half an hour for one person working at the desk. Worst time for a meeting

I would say going Above and Beyond will be a small word to appreciate what they helped to us. My query was pending for almost 20 days which I was promised to be resolved in 5 business days by a different branch.I just went this branch since it next door to my Doctor. I almost lost hope for getting it resolve and almost accepted the monetary loss. After vising this branch, manager put her personal attention and follow up and they called me next day saying its resolved. In my interaction with branch I experienced many good qualities such as- Personal Attention- Care for service- Going above and beyond to help client- Prompt, courteous and politeI eventually move my business from different branch to this one for two reasons - Its near from my home and its better than others around. Thank you everyone who put their effort in helping me in hour of need.

Amazing location and amazing team they got here. Always very helpful and hardly any wait . I choose this one over one close to my house .

I have been banking at 45 Montpelier street Brampton ON for a couple of months. This branch is an example of great customer service which I have yet to find here. The support from the staff is amazing. Mathew Sinaguglia has helped me to open personal and business accounts and advised me on many aspects being a new comer to Canada. I visited this branch and by far had the most pleasant experience in a bank. Mathew was incredibly professional and thorough in assisting me. He is not only knowledgeable and helpful but is a true advocate for his clients.He took the time to explain multiple financial structures so that I could explore my options and make an informed decision. Matt also stayed back after closing time to finish up our appointment.For all my future banking needs with BMO, I will be coming to this branch solely because of the amazing service provided by Matt.

Opened business account and gave reference to few of my client but very disappointed with service .When I called Kyle who is my account manager for status of my master card he just email me back the call center # to inquire when i asked him that whether my application is approved or not ,i got email after 2 days stating that what he sees is not approved and i rather call the contact center for further update.I always believe in good after sales support to client.
