I had a very comforting and happy experience with Umanpreet Walia. She was pleasant, signed my life certificate without kept me waiting.

A typical SBI experience. The 4 four people sitting outside in the counters were only there to tell the people we cant do this we cant do that". Even the smallest things are pawned off to on the manager. The employees dont even greet

I had a very great experience with the Branch Manager, Saikat Mitra. He helped with my life certificate when I did not have an appointment and also when I opened the Saving account was very helpful and kind and very knowledgeable. Umanpreet Walia, Assistant Manager was also very helpful n kind with a lot of patience n went out of her way to help. It was an amazing experience I had n would recommend to family and friends.recommend to my family n friends

It was a very comforting and assuring experience at SBI with Shagun Bhatia assisting us throughout our transaction to send money backhome. Her prompt customer service made sure we didn't go through any difficulties despite our troubles!

Same as India, no one is picking up a call or never received a call back since I left a voicemail.Don't know why you guys gave too good reviews.Even online appointment booking system is not working.I guess I am expecting too much from State Bank of India :-)

The service of SBI bank is too good. i am fully satisfied with them. the staff over there is too polite. The staff over there handle every customer too polite behaviour specially miss pawanpreet kaur.

Dipti Mehta gave an exceptional service. She is so patient and polite. Amazing.. asset to branch. I got my internet banking resolved within minutes.

Pawanpreet was extremely rude and unprofessional with customers. Very very poor at customer service. Treating customers as sand giving orders to them. Me and my sister visited there to open her GIC and Pawan told us to book an appointment.. i asked her mam how we can book it and she answered please don’t interfare i am only going to speak with the client. Client is new new to Canada and landed 2 days ago. She is only 18 years.. the only reason she wanna speak to her is that she will not ask any question and say yes. Also she told its better to open your account by herself at home and she started explaining that and we didn’t get anything and when we asked again she answered we don’t have much time today you can come any other day.Low level service… she must get proper training again and she should also know how to behave with customers in Canadian Banks.

Sbi staff is very polite and helpful. Staff members give proper guidance regarding to your bank account. I easily opened my bank account in this branch. Thanks to staff members who deal in good way.
