Canco ClimateCare Heating & Air Conditioning

We contacted Canco to obtain a quote for a new AC. They first recommended a service call to check our old AC and advised that if they couldn't fix it, we would receive a credit for that fee towards the purchase of a new AC. Will first spoke to us about a heat pump system but we decided to stick with an AC unit. He provided us with 4 options (with no pressure or obligation). We arranged for service a few weeks later (although they had many earlier time slots, our work schedules did not permit but the timing worked out well). The service technicians, Larry and Dalton (if I remember his name correctly) were both very polite and friendly. The installation was done within the promised time and with no problems. We received the credit for the service call and payment was quick and easy to complete. We are highly satisfied with the service we have received and do not hesitate to recommend Canco if you are in need of HVAC service or sales.

We worked will William to do a fire place insert upgrade. He was wonderful to work with and ensured we were completely satisfied with the final work. Additional trim needed to be added to make the fit perfect, he was awesome. There was some delays with the parts coming from BC but these days that's the new normal. Very happy with our fireplace.

I have been a Canco customer for over 20 years and have always been treated respectfully, fairly and kindly. Necessary service has been quick and professional. A new installation of furnace was completed competently, the technicians being knowledgeable, and respectful. This is an A+ company!

Recently our 22 year old furnace reached a point where it could no longer be repaired. Service staff had attempted various repairs, but when it was no longer feasible, we decided to purchase a new high efficiency furnace, humidifier, filtration system, thermostat and pump. Canco applied the fees for previously installed items as a credit towards the final fee. Various options were clearly explained with full pricing included. The installation was done in a thorough. timely and professional manner. The Canco team were courteous and took time to explain the operational aspects of the various units. Communication from the Newmarket office was excellent. I highly recommend their service.

Professional and courteous and very timely service.Canco came to install a new air conditioner in my house.William was very fast and thorough with his quotation, right down to the screws, nuts and bolts. I was very pleased with his dedication to a very precise estimate of the work required as we've never had central AC and required many little bits and pieces to install it.Brett and Larry came right on time with absolutely everything they needed and got to work right away. Their work was extremely tidy and they were very careful to not take any shortcuts and do things very properly, it's obvious when you see their finished work. Their attention to detail sure sets them apart from their competitors.There are cheaper quotes around town but they seemed to be just that. Missing many small details that would have added up fast to a larger bill.I have their service guarantee right here and I'm not sure I'll ever have to employ it and I comfortably survived the 2020 heatwave thanks to Canco!I would definitely recommend Canco ClimateCare to anyone with home HVAC needs.

Our furnace was not working properly. The technician came (on time) and fixed the problem, clearly explained the problem and solution to us in terms that we could understand.All is well!

I had a very good experience recently with Canco ClimateCare. My Ecobee thermostat needed replacing and Canco was able to give me options for purchasing and installing a new thermostat, along with a very fair price for doing so! Will (sales) and Quinn (installer) were very helpful along the way. Quinn got the new thermostat set up and showed me the different features, as well as getting it hooked up to my Ecobee account. A bonus was that I was able to speak with live people on the phone right from the outset - this makes a huge difference in my view!
