I DID NOT LIKE MY EXPERIENCE HERE AT ALL. The instructors are very rude and will not teach you proper body posture - you are basically on your own, but the most absurd thing is, if she catches you not doing it right, she will humiliate you in front of everyone. She does this to everybody. You're suppose to enjoy every yoga position and find peace but here - trust me, you won't. The place is nothing spectacular. It's just a heated room nothing else. BTW, if you plan to try this establishment, don't bring anything in the room, she will confiscate it (again, humiliating you for everyone to see). It's like a concentration camp - NOT IN A GOOD WAY, you might as well enroll in a boot camp. Also, keep in mind, she doesn't have an inkling I'm dissatisfied with the service - so, she might look for whomever wrote this. The few incidents that I stated here did not happen to me, I saw it happened to other people in the class, I feel bad for them being disrespected that way. Go somewhere else where you will not be humiliated every time you attend class. I've tried other yoga establishments and quite frankly, I'm happy with my current even if it's a few km away from my house.

I love Supreme yoga. I've always had a good experience at this location. You had to listen to the teachers instructions and a lot of people are not good at following instructions. Bikram yoga works.

I had Alex as a teacher and he was very rude at the front desk. I cannot believe these are actual yoga instructors!!!

The worst yoga experience I've had to date and I've been to quite a few studios/flows. Just to clarify, they have changed their name to Supreme Hot Yoga after the Bikram sexual harassment lawsuit but it's the same flow and same owners/instructors.They don't have water fountains here; you're supposed to use a glass out of the faucet-in the bathroom to pour into your bottle-holy cheap/unhygienic.They do not properly clean the studio-I nearly fell on my ass after slipping on sweat near the entrance from the class prior. And there were puddles everywhere. So gross. And the smells during the practice? Unbearable. One of the teachers legit smelled like kielbasa and when she would come near me to bark at me bc I apparently wasn't doing the pose right (but she wouldn't help me get into the right formation), I swear I almost fainted from the smell. I had to lie down and catch my breath. She took it as me being too weak and started berating me infront of the class and actually ordered me to move closer to her so I do the moves better-which only made the smells worse. How can you smell so badly when you're not even doing the practice with us?There was another teacher who had such a strong accent and talked so quickly, you couldn't hear the postures she was calling out. It was very drill sergeant like and made it difficult to ease into the practice. I feel like the only way you can take her class is if you're advanced and don't need the cues, which kinda defeats the purpose of her being there. As for the flow itself? It's my least favourite in that I find the order of postures to be awkward and not very balanced in terms of what body parts are being engaged. I also didn't find I could let my mind go and clear my brain clutter like I can with other flows.

I think a lot of the reviews on here are skewed due to the nature of this type of yoga. I practiced yoga (hot and regular) for a number of years before trying Bikram - the intention was to find a practice that wouldn't be hard on my wrists which have been injured multiple times and cannot repetitively do planks and down-dogs. Bikram was just that, and I was hooked. I've now been practicing it for three years, at multiple studios, and have been going to the Brampton location for over a year and a half now.Bikram is often criticized due to its lack of flow experienced in other types of yogas, its regiment and its dialogue. Fact of the matter is, everyone has a different experience with each type of yoga and preferences vary. Many yoga instructors dislike Bikram, many people who try it hate it, but the people who love Bikram LOVE it (myself included). But you may hate Bikram and that's okay ;)Yes it's regimented and the dialogue is certainly not created to praise you, and yes instructors should be offering beginner options if they know someone is new, but if you listen closely to the dialogue you can follow along easily and guide yourself through a meditative and highly beneficial class. Know what's best for your body and don't push yourself if it's going to be detrimental to you. Drink lots of water a full day leading up to the class, make sure you've eaten with a couple of hours to spare before the class. Otherwise, keep practicing and you will reap the benefits. As for the studio, I've had nothing but great experiences here. The owner makes an effort to speak to me, asks how things are going, and remembers life events I tell her about. The instructors are kind and helpful. For those who have had things like phones taken from them in class - that's simply etiquette - don't bring belongings into class. For those criticizing the way people smell - get over it, and do more yoga.

Horrible customer service! The owner is rude and made the entire experience deplorable. Birkram yoga itself is challenging and has numerous health benefits but I would NOT recommend this location at all if you are looking for a holistic yoga experience where your business is valued.

Agree with most of the comments. The instructor is EXTREMELY rude and she just came out of a yoga session.. so i would of assume she should of been relaxed but the way she talked to me was unpleasant. Was not understanding and addressing minor things felt like she was attacking me. Very poor customer service experience. However, I did enjoy the class. She is lucky she has yoga instructors that are kind and understanding.
