The shop helped me set up a pre-paid plan with no problem, However payments only be made in tabs, even for prepaid plans, so you have to 60 for a 50 dollar plan, for instance, the rest go into store credit. It's probably policy and nothing the store can do about.Roger's coverage is good and they helped me fix connection issue while I was on the road.

I purchased a new phone for my business last week. The store manager Angele was extremely helpful and professional. She spend the time to transfer the settings from my original phone and provided me with tips to use the new phone. I would highly recommend her.

Why so condescending? I get you hate your job but I was being so polite and they were just weirdly annoying and seemed extremely inconvenienced by a customer coming in. It felt like I was being looked down upon because I am a woman asking for guidance? I couldn’t tell if it was sexism or they just have a condescending tone with everyone, but I can’t imagine a millennial man giving such sarcastic responses to simple question to any older man. Genuinely the weirdest experience I’ve had in a service provider store. Unprofessional and depressing… Ew.

The staff are knowledgeable and kind, buzzing to get into the store is expected, because of the area they are in. Store is quiet so you’re able to think clearly. There’s always a place to sit down. And the staff are a happy bunch! Ty for making me feel comfortable and wanted!

Bigger but rather deserted with only two employees working... well, one was playing i believe.The Store's got all kinds of cool gadgets and cases though. Google's Pixel, Samsung's Galaxy and Apple's iPhone stands were awesome, had great time exploring the new devices.I was here with a friend to return cable equipment and terminate the service, however, the customer service was inadequate. Dropped the equipment here, and still had to call Rogers from home to process the termination. I felt like Brick-and-Mortar space/concept being totally wasted.

Jeff was super helpful when I went into the store, unexpectedly, needing a new phone. He even looked at my plan and was able to get me a better one than what I was currently on. Great customer service!
