Simply put, this was the best service experience I have ever had. I called in to set up an appointment and got all the information including an estimated cost.When I was going in for my made appointment I was going to be late, but rather than reschedule me they took the truck anyway at 6:30pm (after hours) and worked on it during the evening. It was done by 10:30pm that night, WOW!!!!The work done was done right and professionally. The staff were all very kind and polite, and the retail center was clean, organized well laid out.Use with confidence !

Excellent service! I was given an estimate before I booked the appointment, and the final bill was exactly as estimated. They didn't find" anything else that needed to be done. Incredibly good price for two 1 ton leaf springs

While going into Standens in Calgary with a snapped JDM R32 Nissan Skyline driveshaft. I spoke with Steve Bunn and he informed me that he would get Richard Christiansen to help us figure out the best option for the problem. They both decided it would be best to just replace the whole driveshaft from a 2 piece to a 1 piece driveshaft. And it would hold more torque the the stock one and be able to hold stronger Spicer U joints. I told them I needed it done asap. I was a little worried about it but I took their word on it. So I left it there for them to figure out and I got a phone call from Richard a couple days later asking me to come pick up the new transmission yoke they ordered from the USA and to measure the distance needed between the yoke U joint hole and the diff plate. I did that within a hour and went back with the measurements. On the same day Richard called me back and had the shaft made. It had perfect cuts and welds. I installed It and everything lined up perfect! The whole deal took less than a few days to be built. I'm very impressed by Steve Bunn and Richard Christiansen for their amazing team work and also the work they did for me on the driveshaft. I'd give Standens and the team a 10+ out of 10. Thank you guys.

I knew coming here to find an o-ring was a long shot and when the service tech looked at what I had he was sure they didn’t have it however he went back to check. He was correct and while this was partially a bust he did provide me with a referral which in my books is just as good as having the part I needed because in its own way a referral moves me ahead. Thank you.

I had a broken spring that needed changing. The people at Standens were easy to communicate with, honest, and accommodating. They provided me with a list of issues to repair while the trailer was there. Despite some of the tasks being things I could manage on my own the price and service lead me to have them do all the work.Services performed in a timely manner and was contacted promptly when trailer was ready.

I would like to thank all the staff at Standen’s. We are traveling from Ontario and noticed our rear tires on our 5th rv we’re wearing badly. We were able to get in the next day diagnosed the problem, fixed it and installed new tires.Thanks everyone of save our trip west.

My trucks springs have taken a beating over the years and were lower on one side, I purchased complete spring packages, shackles, bolts and U-bolts from Standens and installed myself only because they didn't have an opening for a few weeks. The truck now sits like it did when new.Update: one week later the springs seem to have settled and now my truck is sitting on the overloads, this is ridiculous. It's going to cost me another day down and more money for airbags to get installed.Pathetic
