I do not recommend going with this real estate agency. We recently purchased our first home and when we got the keys there was no walk through and the home was filthy. We have two small children under the age of 5 and would not allow our kids into the home until it was cleaned because it was essentially unlivable.We contacted the agency to share our concerns and received little to no help. We were told our agent was out of town and would be in touch once they were back from vacation. We ended up having to hire cleaners, throw out blinds, and get an extensive furnace cleaning done to get the place into decent condition. After several attempts at contacting the agency to ask for some support, we finally were cut a cheque for $500 to cover some of the costs.If you’re looking to buy a home in Fort Saskatchewan and especially if this is your first home purchase, I do not recommend this agency. What should have been an exciting life moment for us to move into our first home became a very stressful time. Save yourself the headache and find an agency that you won’t have to beg for support.
