Initially it was difficult to navigate their application process on their website. Once I had applied to one of their positions off of the site, the processes went very well. The Randstad agent (Saudia) performed the services for me that I had hoped to experience with so many other employment agencies. The agent took time to match my resume with specific postings, and the agency also offered me a variety of other post applications while waiting on interview results.
