We did the Laboratory Escape. The challenge was appropriately challenging and the theme was fine. There was an unworking element in the final room where we wasted some time trying to find the lock to unlock it and had to use a clue to find out to ignore it.

Pretty terrible experience both times I've tried out rooms at this location. I did the room Temporal Pursuit-Chase Through Time" recently and only 3 lamps were given for the room so anyone other than the 3 people given lamps are left exploring the room in the dark. Multiple items are broken within each room entered (some same items still broken since my last visit 3 or so years back). There were a lot of "do not touch" signs on broken things that we were still supposed to utilize sometimes

We found out the reason we couldn’t unlock the next clue was because the laser pointer needed new batteries. Wasted a lot of time trying to figure out that clue. The staff were really nice and helpful that made the experience nice.

We did the Himalayan Cavern and found it to be extremely hard. It is a lock only escape room. Locks ranged from number type, letter type and directional types. There, from what I can gather about 9+ locks spread across three rooms. So you have like 5 minutes per, to solve. I only give it three stars as the information given when beginning the room and while moving through it felt very limited and some what confusing. It didn't help the lattern I was given seemed to be flickering on and off. Still,I will try another some other time.

Expected it to be a fun and exciting thing to do with the family, but the props were cheap, the puzzles made no sense (had to ask for all clues) most things were done incorrectly by the creators of the room and the settings of the rooms had nothing to do with the theme that we chose. would not recommend to anyone, waste of money. (found 2 double A batteries on the floor of one of the rooms. they had nothing to do with the props just randomly on the floor.. weird)

Mixed opinions on this one. The room our group picked had no relevance to the description, and was a bit strange. However, even though the rooms didn’t make sense together, they were decorated pretty well, and the staff were very nice and helpful. I just recommend the plots be adjusted a bit, and the descriptions be written in a way that matches the room.

Mediocre for the price you pay. For $30 it's not worth it. We did the temporal escape theme and it was kind of all over the place. Nothing really exciting happened. The set and props are all fairly cheap. The puzzles weren't that intuitive. There are warning signs on props that kind of need to be used so it was confusing as we weren't sure if it was part of the puzzle. It's also only a 45 minute room! One of our locks weren't even locked in the second room. E exit Richmond is much more worth it compared to this location. Save your money.

Eexit is usually fantastic, but this location was by far our least favourite. The Wild West escape room was fantastic, with a great theme and puzzles that were exciting to solve. Their other rooms were simply suitcases with combos, and we often need to get hints because the clues didn’t make sense or weren’t working or invisible to the eye, and they lacked any coherent themes or decorations that made sense. Staff were wonderful & friendly, and the rooms were clean.

Staff was friendly, but very young. Efficient in their instructions. Unusually they come into the game room to give hints, rather than over an intercom. No effort is made for immersion, but as a pure puzzle experience, it was fine. The decor elements were clearly labeled as not part of game play, which reduced searching.

I only played one puzzle - the Himelayan cavern.I was very underwhelmed by the decor. For $30 per person I was expecting a lot more than some Halloween store skeletons, wooden boards, actual rocks and some cotton webbing. I didn't make it to the final room, but the first two rooms had little to no production value. You could set this up in your basement without issue. All the puzzle solve things were boxes near the floor that had to be opened to get the next clue.Customer service seemed very unexcited about his job, no surprise. The only element that was kinda nice looking was the intro video which you can just watch off the website. In no way does the videos appearance reflect the quality of the game experience. It strikes me as marketing gimic to draw you in.Would not go back.
