I had the best experience with Jess, she got me an appointment so fast!She was so nice and patient on the phone but then I needed a ride and she was the one that drove me to my appointment and back and I couldn’t have asked for a better driver :)She was sweet, nice and a joy to be around, I wish she was my friend in real life!And my IUD doctor Dr. Gurnani was also really patient and caring!

What a lovely peaceful place. The staff are top notch. Very well managed and extremely well organized. True care is demonstrated. Street parking is available there is also a parking lot beside the building.

Absolutely amazing, caring, resourceful staff. I can't say enough good things about this organization. Will definitely be donating to them in the future.

1 star is far from deserved. It is extremely concerning that this is a business providing health care when they refuse to return phone calls. If you enjoy making numerous calls, leaving multiple voice messages, indicate very specifically it is a time sensitive matter requiring some information and still go OVER a week with no return call, this is definitely the place for you. Their voice-mail indicates calls back within 48 hours. HA! Absolutely despicable service". PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your time. This business does NOT care about you or your health concerns."

I love this clinic... mostly I like receptionist as well as Emily...they both are very helpful and supporting to me and my condition and Dr. Is also help me and give me advice perfect way....Thank you

the nicest customer service you could possibly ask for, sensitivities for IUDs vary from person to person and I had horrible symptoms after but they were very caring and checked up on me until I was fit to leave the area, even clearing space so I could lie down! I love this place and would easily recommend it

Today I called and got straight to voicemail but they called back within hours of my needs. I am completely satisfied. The receptionist helped me and made me feel comfortable, she was so helpful for describing some medication procedures and also set up a consultation for Friday morning, the next morning with Brittney. As far as I know, this clinic has been so welcoming and homey feeling. Thankyou.

I am posting this for SHORE CENTRE GUELPH LOCATION. Doctor JULIANNE RASTIN is so unprofessional, unfortunately we have to visit the clinic twice recently and both times she made us wait for hours for no reason specified. When I asked her she blamed it on Canadian healthcare system although she’s the one who gave the appointment and didn’t stick to the appointment time. I’m not saying it’s racially motivated but she wasn’t happy to see us the way she was with other patients. And when it’s was our turn she rushed it. It was very disheartening experience. Someone needs to remind her about her vows and responsibilities about her patients. God Bless Her!!!

The kind of respect I feel from SHORE Centre, I've never had it elsewhere. My queer identity and relationship were simply accepted. Everyone asked about and respected my preference of text-based communication over phone calls. Their clinician, Dr. Pellow, fully informed me of potential stressors due to various aspects of my unique situation if I wanted to have an ultrasound locally, empowering me to make the best decision as well as prepare for what might happen. Their counsellor, Brittney, was particularly kind and helpful to have kept in touch with me for over a week outside of our sessions, connecting me to various resources. They truly saved me (and my partner) at a time of much stress and need.
