CIBC Branch with ATM

The tellers are always understaffed causing long lineups that move very slowly. This has happened in multiple occasions and makes the experience here absolutely horrible as I'm constantly dreading making into this particular branch.

Booked an appointment for 1 pm and have been sitting here for 47 minutes (so far) being told there is no one here available to help me. The worst wait time I’ve ever had at any CIBC. Will change locations.Edit: was finally helped after an hour wait and the appointment was 20 minutes total after getting in the office. Had been told at the 15 minute mark it would only be “a few more minutes”. Poor communication with customers.

Have a business account with cibc but by the time I go back to stouffville that branch is closed so this Vaughan /400 branch is closest.Terrible customer serviceCalled eight times and three tines left messages for a coin order , no one ever calls you back.Last time asked to speak to manager sent two tellers insideBoth said manager is “busy” will take your number and she will call you back. Hasnt happened yet , it’s been two months.I called Markham branch closer to my business for coin order within an hour they called back and took my order.So clearly as other people said here. It’s a management issue , I don’t know why this branch is still open so when clearly they are not serving customers, will take my complain to head office.Unreal terrible CS.And funny enough this bank managers don’t even try , forget about trying hard.Ughhh.

I opened cheging and bussiness acount in this branch I'm regret with it because they are always saying completed but always something missed I don't know how many times more I have to come back in this branch .

This branch’s drive thru ATM works 50% of the time. Not sure why there always seems to be an issue with it but when you have a small child and don’t want to take them inside it sure makes it difficult.

I went there because I had a double charge on my account from the beginning the guy at the front Bashir said it was not going to be able to help send me to teller they couldn’t help call from the branch hoping they will solve the issue I spend over 1 hour and nobody helped just by looking at the other reviews I shouldn’t go there waste of my time. The bank should be always trying to help that’s why we pay bank fees.

This is unreal ! How the managers are not fired yet ! Seriously no teller working for 10 min just people waiting ! I complained and the guy said we have 3! they are on lunch ! Its 4:40 evening dude !! … the teller was polite and nice after she came back and i understand its not her fault, i cant deny that but still unacceptable. This is absolutely management issue.

This Cibc location and manager, Jagdip Malik, definitely deserve 0 stars for their customer service . Just like others have mentioned, I'm perplexed about why she still has a position with the bank.

People wait in lines to get their smallest issues resolved. They come with a reason every other day that system are not working causing delay.
