No sales with no account. I have no account because I am a contractor that does not exclusivley do exteriors. However, I am not an end user and will not go to a retailer for my supplies. Under these sales conditions I will go elsewhere. Thanks

Great low maintenance siding just make certain your building does not get sun. My siding is very faded and blotchy. I have contacted KayKan 2 summers in a row and all I’ve got is a runaround!

Horrible company to deal with. Too much to get into but they sent dual panes instead of triple pane windows. I was civil about everything and they refused to talk to me and hung up on me. Never deal with them. Absolute horrible service from the branch manger all the way down to sales. I have everything documented so too much to type here. Just be wary of who you deal with, choose someone more reputable and who have some integrity in their work and back up their word. Nothing truthful about this company, just doublespeak and runarounds. I hate leaving negative feedback and I don't even want to give them ONE star, that's how bad they were.

Above and beyond. I brought in siding for a job we're contractor on to match it up. Right away they recognized it wasn't their product. But instead of sending me away to hunt alone three separate staff members took time to help me find the right competitor's brand to match to. Unbelievably impressed, will continue to highly recommend their products!

Needed 2 Jumbo vinyl exterior light mounts for vinyl siding. Kaycan was the only supplier in Winnipeg that had them. They wouldn't sell them to me because I needed an account. Tried to ask to get one and told that it was a lengthy process through their accounting department. I still dont understand why they couldn't sell me a couple of accessories that were probably less than $20.

I've carries out business with Kaycan for almost 10 years, I've never had an issue with either their staff nor their products. I've also had on occasion to return items and found their staff to be very professional and courteous in handling my issue. I' m very happy to recommend them.

We had a purchase for one of our customers, when we asked suppliers about their products non of them didn't recommend it, now I understand why!!!!Really poor communication .Lack of management.Impolite stuff.If you want to buy stuffs from them go head but you have to accept waiting for a long .All in all I did not recommend them.

Good productsUpdate:Subcontract for a few companies that use kaycan and I myself have used their products under my own business name but a little inactivity and they automatically keep closing your account. It's not my fault you never have coils I need. So I have go look for who does. I even have you guys listed as a supplier on my website. No other company in 12 years has done that to me.
