Friendly customer service and a great whopper. A nice oasis on the highway. EDITED ON 22AUG22: I returned to this location about two weeks later. I live in Rural Alberta and this is the closest place for us to go for fast food (over two hours away), so we don’t get this treat too often. When I found myself lucky enough to be in town again so soon, I stopped back in.The same great staff was there, and I hit them up with a strange request. “Two whoppers with all of the vegetables on the side”. See, I wasn’t hungry, but I knew a day later I’d regret not having a burger. I wanted to put them in the fridge and heat them up later, but I didn’t want soggy veggies.Without hesitation the young man at the cash said that he understood and he’d get that for me.I left there grinning like a child. I had my two burgers and my two containers of fixings. (See attached picture). Two days later I heated up the patties, built the burger with the veggies, and enjoyed a whopper almost 300km from the location.Now THAT’S service! Can’t wait for six months or so from now when we return to town and I can leave with my ‘take home’ burgers for later in the week.Thank you for going the extra mile for us that day

Legitimately the most disgusting sandwich I've ever had anywhere. Must have had half a Costco sized jar of Mayo to the point I assume it was done on purpose. Ended up back in th bag and in the garbage. I'll never go into this location again.

We have been going here since it was built because the food is good. Every time we go there, though, we are asked to park up front to wait for our food. It always takes 20+ minutes. Last time we went, there was no one behind us in the drive-thru, so I backed up so that it would not activate the sensor, but they would not have to walk out to give us our food. When we finally did receive it, a man politely told us, “The front is over there”, gesturing to the parking lot. I politely explained my reasoning, and a woman behind him yelled “You don’t have to be an a**hole!” at me as we I began to drive away.. We did not receive a receipt that order.

Order the new bacon melt, was on a regular hamburger bun, no onions, 2 patties, cheese, 2 slices of bacon, it was like a version of the baconator jr.The staff seemed to be a big hurry to get ya out because the gossip was too good.

Had lunch here today, last time. Really dirty place, not a single clean table crumbs, spills on all. Place was empty. Pop machine area was sticky & dirty, all the lids were out of the holders and had pop spilled on them. Garbages were all full & floor was gross.Makes me wonder what the conditions of the food prep area is like.

Went for the first time. The guy dropped food and then grabbed tongs and picked it up and put it back into the bag. The other female staff grabbed the food with her gloves that she was touching other things with.Should they have used proper procedures for handling food, they would of gotten a good review.

Slow service. Food was bad. Ordered original chicken sandwich and got food poisoning. Do not recommend stopping here. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes further to find better food options.

After waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged, I had to get their attention. One guy came up took half of our order then left to get somebody else. Try again? Then it took 15 minutes to make our order which wasnt even cooked...See photo. Does that even look grilled.? Went to complain about it and was ignored. My advice is to just dont. If you value your time and your expectations.

Waited 30 minutes didnt get served/employees ignored everyone. No one here is very friendly. Need to seriously up your staff if you cant deal with 4 people inside the store (no one was in drive thru) Food is pretty decent though.

I’ve stopped at Junction 42 many times and have been to this Burger King location three times. The most recent will be my last. My biggest complaint is the inconsistency with the burgers, and cold fries. One time out of three it has met my already low expectations. The most recent time I was there will hopefully be the last. I approached the counter after a long day on the road and was greeted by a kid sitting on a step ladder on his phone with his back to the customer area. This annoyed the heck out of me as he was completely oblivious to my presence. I stood there for about 30 seconds, staring at him hoping to shame him into doing his job. I couldn’t take it anymore, compounded my previous visits here, and I walked out saying “I’ll get some pizza instead.” The Burger King south of there by Crossfield was way better. Too bad it’s closed up.
