I completely agree with the last review - what a money grab from the London board. To be forced to pay a monthly fee to show clients homes in the area is ridiculous. And it's not prorated, so if your client is interested in a property on the 24th of a month, you'll have to pay for the entire month, just to have the ability to show properties for one week. The sign up process is also a hassle. If a client calls on Saturday to see a property that weekend, I guess they are out of luck - there is no way to receive access outside of the board's hours. How is that helping the seller or buyer??

Five star for the great human beings who go above and beyond to help and No star for the process and paperwork which is so cumbersome, unnecessary and authoritarian.It’s so long overdue that LSTAR conducts an estimated burden analysis, that may take a full day, to figure out how to reduce paperwork, line by line, tick box by tick box and page by page.I can’t thank the staff enough for making it bearable.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The london board enforces agents to use their lockbox Supra which is regulated and by the board. You are forced to buy these particular smart" locks for a premium price and then on top of that pay a monthly fee to be able to use them. There is no "one day code" for outside agents. This is unfair for agents who have buyer's outside london. They are forced to sign up and pay a monthly fee. They say this protocol was implemented to reduce " Showing discrepancies and theft" ?By no means is this even a solution to help agents. This is a money grab scheme. I wouldn't be surprised if "Lstar" was affiliated with "Supra" for monetary gains. Lstar should be working towards to making things efficient for their agents
