Very poor customer service!!!

Mike came early April 2021 to assess the repair job at our new build. Here we are at the end of October and still a no show.I spoke to him again in early August about when we could expect the work to be done and he said he hoped to have it completed by the end of that month. That did not happen. Two subsequent texts inquiring about what was up went unanswered. I realize staffing is an issue, but not responding to inquiries is an inexcusable and unprofessional attitude.

Mike is easy and honest to deal with the quality of work is top notch executive.

Sept. 26/22. 10amI just experienced a Brookside Exteriors truck nearly rear ending me on Hwy 16A in a 100 kmh zone! Travelling east I pulled into the left lane to pass a vehicle when the BC truck pulled right up behind me…..so close I could not see his grill in my rear view mirror and even covered part of his vehicle hood emblem(it was a flat front large cargo truck)! I sped up and so did he, but I had nowhere to go to pass the first vehicle, it was crazy dangerous!!!Then just like that, he turned off at Hwy 60. I couldn’t get the number but I go the company name off the side of the truckTotally dangerous and irresponsible driving. I wouldn’t use this company ever, thanks to their driver.
