My laptop started up with a hard drive not detected error in the middle of midterms season. Tom came in clutch and had my laptop fixed and back to me in less than a day! He also went through what was wrong with it with me so I could understand what he was fixing. I really appreciated knowing what was going on while it was being fixed.

Tom is a great computer guy. Made an appointment to drop off my computer which needed windows 11 reinstalled to get my desktop computer working again. He fixed it and I was able to pick it up a couple of hours later with all the info and files intact. Whew, I was very relieved and thankful. Tom's my new computer guy go to!

Tom was super great! I called him about my old laptop which was running extremely slow and he gave me an entire rundown of what was going on over the phone, it was very clear he knows his stuff. He managed to fix it in one day, and my laptop works perfectly, like new. 10/10 recommend.

Tom is the best for computer repairs. Another reviewer wrote that he knows the problem before you finish telling him about it. He's efficient, knowledgeable, and will answer all you questions and best of all, within reason, he will show you how to fix the problem yourself if it ever happens again. And, he comes to your home, meaning you don't have to disconnect your desktop (yes I still have one) computer and drag it to the shop . . . . and back. Can't ask for anyone better than Tom.
