To the manager or the head office or someone who can save this place: the location is great. You are short staffed, and those that are there are over-worked. The employees are fed up and it shows. Wake up and smell the double double (pun intended)

The service is not always the best. Eveytime I ask for a certain donut or bagel they dont have it. Some days when the service is bad you can see the workers are younger teenagers. When the service is good you'll see it's because there's an older person (more responsible) working there.

Second time i order a breakfast wrap and there's either missing egg or the sausage. I basically just got tortilla once again....

I recently visited a restaurant that left a bit to be desired. While the service was generally quite good, the staff seemed to be stretched thin on the day I visited. There were long waits to place an order and to receive our food, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. Additionally, the restaurant seemed to be closed during its listed open hours on more than one occasion.Despite these issues, the staff were all very friendly and did their best to ensure that our experience was as pleasant as possible. They were efficient and attentive, and the food itself was of high quality. However, it's worth noting that the low staffing levels and inconsistent hours could be a major inconvenience for some customers. Overall, while the service was good, there were a few too many hiccups for me to give this restaurant a glowing review.

Terrible service, very disrespectful team. They were able to prepare 2 sandwiches in 16 minutes! The worst and slowest service I've ever seen in Canada is here!

I passed by this Tim Hortons the other day and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of customer service.Most of the employees are young energetic Canadians with big smiles. Please be generous and kind to these young men and women!The lady who served me was so polite and cheerful. Kudos to the manager who hired her.

New, clean, good sized, nice tables, great service. Great service from the staff and always available my favorite croissant! Loved it!
