My wife and I had eye exams and bought three (3) pairs of glasses yesterday (March 8, 2023). We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Outstanding customer service! (Lori says thank you to everyone that helped her choose her frames!)

This is hands down, the BEST eyeglasses experience I’ve ever had. The staff went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. During the eye exam, the doctor showed me things that have never been pointed out to me during previous exams. All of the staff working today assisted us with picking out our frames. They were polite, honest, upfront, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Then we got a call the same day that our glasses were ready! So glad we stumbled across this location- we’ll never be going elsewhere. I recommend for everyone to GO HERE!!! You won’t be disappointed :):):)

Genuinely friendly staff and overall fantastic customer service. They were very attentive and offered a lot of recommendations. Would definitely come back for my contact refills and prescription glasses/sunglasses.

I have gotten several pairs of glasses from here over the last 9 years. I just picked up pair #5.The staff at Regent are helpful, patient, offer advice but aren’t too pushy. There’s a variety of choices and the glasses are done fairly quickly. I’ve gone to one other higher end place in Edmonton and been disappointed with both the prescription and the frames. I’ll keep coming back here for consistent service and quality of glasses.Also recommended this place to my brother and he’s been quite happy with you guys as well.

Very glad I've switched to this location. Staff are very attentive and caring about the details. They ensured the glasses were fitted and adjusted properly—my last location didn't do this and this was a welcome surprise.

Great and friendly staff but they don’t direct bill anymore and if you’re with Sunlife you will go through a series brain aneurysms before getting reimbursed. Unless you’re paying cash I would consider seeking a place that has direct billing set up.

Stopped in this afternoon because I broke a pair of glasses and my backups had a horrendous scuff right in my field of vision. Connor helped me pick a pair from the EXTREMELY large collection and was super patient as I flipped back and forth between many pairs. Luckily they had my lenses in stock and were able to arrange an expedient pick up which is amazing because the scuff had been causing me headaches this week. Thank you to everyone on the team that made it possible! I appreciate ya’ll so much. Side thanks for Ricky who helped my partner look at some frames, too!

The owners could write the book on excellent customer service- they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with every purchase, all the while offering the best prices in Alberta for beautiful designer frames. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and now drive up from Calgary when I need new glasses because they are just that good. Today they went out of their way to correct an error made by a different eye doctor, and reminded me why I’ll be a customer for life. Thank you Regent team!

Girlfriend and I got some glasses today after our eye exams. Doctors were very nice and patient with the pre tests. We paid for our glasses at 3 or so, picked them up at 5:30. Great service, prices are very fair too. Entire family goes here, would recommend!
