BMO Bank of Montreal

Great service. BUT: They should definitely be open on Saturdays or later throughout the week. Makes it very difficult to make it in to do any banking before they close. I would gladly give this location 5 stars if they improved their hours.

Great branch. The CSR who helped me, Matthew I believe, was extremely helpful.. and cute might I add!

Friendly staff, however their hours are horrendous. I left work early to make it for 5, since my bank card wasn't working (AGAIN), and they were closed well before 5 with a tiny little sign on the door. My frustration with this location is making me consider switching banks.

Staff are very nice people and try their best. But no matter how primitive a job we need to get done in this branch (like a money order), it seems like it's their very first time even hearing about it. The whole branch is mobilized to help, and we feel like being a huge burden on them by the end. I like how they employ young staff here, and they're all very nice, but the main purpose of a bank branch seems to get sacrificed due to lack of training/experience.Edit: while they were running around to get my work done, I got the time to write and edit this review. Just wanted to add that BMO is well advised to invest in some audio system for their branches, so you don't see a 90's style radio on the floor of each branch, playing local radio station.

I’ve never seen a worse bank in terms of professionalism!Made an appointment to see an investment counsellor three days in advance.Arrived on time only to be told in front of the clients my appt. was cancelled.Then the matter was discussed in front of the entire bank very loudly!

This branch is a joke. Their hours are TERRIBLE. The ATM inside is broken and the one outside won't accept deposit. I don't want to go inside just to deposit some money. Terrible. Plus there is one staff member in particular who has only ever been rude to me and I have seen them be rude to others as well. Literally thinking about switching banks just because of how inconvenient this while thing is

Your automated phone answering service sucks, and no one gets back to me, I have to drive from another town to get a simple answer... the one person I deal with there is great.

This bank is garbage. Most, not all but most of the workers are airheads and so is the manager who was on duty while we came. They are rude, dumb and have a holier than thou attitude. I honestly thought when we took our issues with the workers to the manager that he would help but no, he's a smug person with his nose in the air. I am literally closing my account at this bank and going with another

Wow. Day and night the difference between this location and Elora. Literaly took 5 minutes compared to the 25 min I wasted yesterday. Thank you BMO Guelph! You’re a great example for many to follow!
