My worker asked for a repair quote to see if my dryer was worth fixing. I have never gotten a quote before. The appointment took a total of 8ish minutes. When he got to my front door, he asked how I wanted to pay. I said for what? I was never told of a charge for the quote. After he left I phoned B&C appliance and told them my issue and he said he would have to review the recording. I have my own copy of the recording. I received a call from the lady that made my appointment and she stated most people KNOW there will be a charge. Then I received the bill in my email. After talking to Legal Aid

Had Kevin come by for an appliance installation and he was phenomenal. Very polite, professional and had the experience to perform the task and ensure our new appliance was installed the right way and not how our previous appliance was installed. He pointed out all changes that were required and made sure we were happy during every step of the process. My wife and I are very pleased and would recommend B&C and Kevin for any residential needs.

I have used this company for years and always had great service . Today I was told that I was too far away . They have discontinued service in my area. So much for being a loyal customer.

Poor customer service the last 2 times I’ve dealt with this company. People saying they’ll call back and not calling back repeatedly or like today them scheduling someone to come by between 8-11am to fix the fridge. Nobody shows up so when we call to find out the lady says the person shouldve been by to fix it. Upon further looking into it it turns out they don’t even have the right part. Most companies would show some courtesy and call the customer and say they don’t have the part and reschedule instead of me burning half a day waiting around for no reason.
