I believe this guy has been in business to long and forgets that public views are what draws business and I found out that this place doesn't follow their own policy of returns , I highly recommend this place as one to stay away from for the business practices against the better business bureau, taking advantage of people who have a specific need should be ashamed of himself however people like this like to try and explain bad reviews away and remember he has had 70 years of practicing how to refuse a legitimate return or exchange

With the throw away culture we live in today it's nice to have a place that offers shoe cobbler services. I had the soles on my otherwise perfectly fine boots replaced with much better treads breathing new life into them giving me more miles for a lot less than a new pair. They even gave them a nice polish! It was a quick turn around time and a reasonable price. Their staff was was pleasant and knowledgeable. This would be the right place to come for a good custom fitted shoe.

My handycapped friend entered the store and was treated horribly. The salesman was extremly rude, annoyed and unwilling to assist her. I will never recomend, or visit there again.

I don’t know where to begin. I’ve been in these new shoes now for a couple weeks and my feet are 500% better already! Yes, I could have got them cheaper on Amazon and again buy the wrong size! But these people Knew exactly what I needed immediately and yet they stood there and listened to my story anyway! Lol. I don’t mind Spending money On good service.. It’s always a good thing!

They sewed on 3 hoop and loop patches by the handle on top of a canvas dog harness for me. They did an excellent job and very quick while I waited for it.

Will never buy from again. 3 phone calls, stopped in once to get the statice on an order. No return calls. No information. Stopped in for a refund. Owner was curt while in the store on his video cameras" but followed me to the car to tell me off "so the cameras wouldn't record it"I'll never go back."
