An outstanding VALUE - exceptionally professional work!In this day and age of overcharging and under-performance, CENTRAL Heating/AC/Electrical/Plumbing far exceeded my expectations. At every stage, they were exactly on-time, and the office staff kept me aware of which technician would arrive and what work to expect. One HUGE advantage of CENTRAL is that they are licensed and experienced in FOUR trades: Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing. As HVAC work often entails two or more of these areas, they can control both scheduling and quality of the work. For the electrical part, Connor was a true artist" with design and installation of a long run of wire in conduit. Made it almost invisible. Matt and Justin did an equally amazing job with installation of two mini-split systems. Not only do they work perfectly

We are very happy with the tune-up we received on our Hvac system. A full service evaluation was completed, and a gas pressure issue was found that caused our furnace to fault at a high limit. The fault was corrected, and our furnace is now operating the way it should. Lee and his assistant provided great customer service. We would highly recommend Central.

That’s how I would describe Josh and Andrew, the two technicians that came to install my new kitchen faucet and connect everything underneath the sink after I put in a new kitchen sink. After having a negative experience with another plumber, it was so refreshing to have trustworthy people in my home. Thank You! I will remember and definitely call Central next time!

Well, if I am being honest, I’ve had both good and bad service from these guys over the 10 years I have used them however, after knowing what I know, the bad far outweighs the good. The owners wife is a horrendous human and treats her employees as inhuman and beneath her. If you knew their turnover rate, especially in office staff, you would be able to draw this conclusion as well. They talk badly about the people that they serve also. I cannot unsee what I’ve seen or un-know what I now know. I would pay triple to use Carson brothers, Performance heating and cooling and plumb rite plumbing. I support businesses that support people.Central Heating hates you.

Central is great. Really responsive. We had a minor problem with a new furnace and Jeff came the morning after we called, knew the solution, and had it up and running quickly. Explained everything - concisely - too!

Josh and Andrew replaced our sump pump last week. They fit us in right away, knowing that this was really important to us. They were professional, efficient, and courteous. They quickly replaced the pump, found a problem with a pipe and repaired it, and even zip-tied our cords to make things neat. They left the area looking better than they found it! Great service.
