Troy did an amazing job in our backyard. New fences and a deck....we are extremely happy with all of it. Troy was very friendly, professional and reliable . He definitely went the extra mile! Already thinking about another project for him. Would highly recommend!

After 2 years of broken promises from other companies, I finally found Troy Barkhouse to replace my old fences and gate. Troy is a true artisan and very reliable. His team is cheerful and hard-working completing the fences in one day despite an unexpected storm. Troy added extra touches such as a lovely archway over the gate entrance. Am extremely pleased with my new fences.

I contacted Troy last summer to get a quote for my backyard fencing. Troy was one of several businessesI called, but was the only one to answer the phone the first time I called. Troy worked with me on the phone to make a rough estimate as to what the project would cost. Troy was ready to come do the work around my schedule. There was a conflict with the company who were doing other work in my backyard, but Troy worked around it. This was a huge relief. When it comes to the actual work, the quality is very high. I told Troy what I was looking to have done and he made it happen. I am very particular about how things are done, and his work exceeded my expeditions. Troy’s crew were all professional and kind as well. I am so happy with the quality of this company’s customer service and work that I hope to have them come back in the spring to do more work. 5 stars without question.

Troy and his team removed an old existing fence and installed a new one for us in June 2022. We went with a 6’ privacy fence with 6x6 posts and we couldn’t be happier!Troy’s communication was outstanding and he was always in touch letting us know when things would be happening (ie. taking out the old fence, when the wood would be coming etc).I would 100% recommend Troy and Barkhouse Custom Designs for your fencing project. There’s peace of mind knowing we’re safe and secure and no matter the weather that new fence isn’t going anywhere.

Troy and his crew have done two jobs at my property, a complete tear down and rebuild of our front/side fence as well as a more economical option for the back fence which included a tear down, installation of new posts then he reused the old board planks at my request. Troy was extremely responsive and provided a quick quote for both jobs. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and exceeded expectations. Troy and his crew were very respectful of the property and ensured everything was cleaned up upon completion. Highly recommend!
