Hanna was undoubtedly the BEST. Super knowledgeable and helpful for a novice buyer of fabric. I even got a Membership which saved me on my purchase. Wish every Company had a Hannah like this Wonderful Lady!!!

I enjoyed the selection. Amazing variety of fabrics and prints. One of the staff members was not willing to help just pointed out the direction, but the other girl was really helpful (I didn't catch the name unfortunately) we found what we were looking for.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The young lady who initially helped us took us directly to what we were looking for, explained the different items and gave her recommendations as to what would be best for our project. The regular prices on many items were cheaper than you could find online, and the sale items were great.

I'm a member and don't bring cards with me. Let's face it it's 2023. We use apps, emails, phone numbers. Fabricland has nothing to look up members and refused to help me. The cost of my purchase would have been $100 but now was $200 without membership. He'll no! Will never go back to this business. I did my part by supporting Fabricland by becoming a member and they treat me like. Sorry we have no way confirming your a member" and we are not helping you. Shame on this poorly run business."
