Comfort Keepers - Garde Confort

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!!! They NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES IS ABSOLUTELY UNECESSARY. I WILL MAKE SURE TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT AND I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL THIS COMPANY SHUTS DOWN.

Very Rude customer services,they treat to their employees like a servants and dogs.They don’t have manners how to talk with employees. They send daily basis schedule to employees at around 11pm for next day work,and sometimes they don’t send so our whole day ruins .Working with this agency just wastage of time.

My friend's husband is dying at home (final stages, quickly declining) and they need help immediately, as they've had to call Urgences Santé several times this week when he's fallen, so I called Confort Elite/Comfort Keepers. My _first question_ was whether they possibly had anyone immediately available (called on Saturday) that night or even tomorrow and they said YES. Staff alerted the supervisor that my friend would call, and I also sent a text from my friend's phone with a summary saying she'd contact them shortly.Because here was relief from this horrible situation, right?I was sitting beside my friend when she made the call and to my shock and great anger heard the supervisor say they had NO ONE because it's difficult on weekends."Of COURSE it's difficult which is why I first asked about that and repeated it more than once to make sure they understood an availability was the PRIMARY criterion.Thanks for nothing

Rudest customer service ever. If they are that rude on the telephone I cant even imagine what kind of service they provide. I'm a caregiver who saw an ad and was offering my services and I was treated very poorly when I called. Here i am, experienced and trying to offer my services and I get treated as though my call was actually annoying to them. I am speaking about the Montreal office in Outremont.

Worst agency - the management is rude and they hire terrible caregivers - the CLSC outsources to them but actually let clients opt out of their services. I can’t believe they haven’t been shuttered for VERY sketchy business practices. If you are a private client, spend your money on caregiving not aggravation.

Very bad experience, went for an interview lady over there behaved so rude, please don't call people for interviews if you can't respect them.
