Access Storage - Kitchener

First time using access storage service. Marleen was very friendly and helpful with setting me up with the storage and everything. Definitely recommend.

They try to get you to spend as much money as much as they can. Storage facility is clean and temperature maintained but poor door security for thieves or people who just know the code but don't have business in the building. A lot of sketchy people in the facility both inside and around the facility. Price is outrageous too.+ There were more than one billing errors happened during the two months rental period. The branch manager Marlene told me the insurance will be free for three months but on my second month's invoice I was charged for the insurance. Also the employees are not very happy or friendly.

Getting a unit set up was fast and easy! They have dollies at the loading door to help get things to your unit. The street signs in the hallways make it easy to orient yourself so you don't get lost.

Awesome experience, place is clean and well kept. Very organized staff and they answer your questions nicely and make sure you thoroughly understand everything. Riley was a great help, I really appreciated how they walked us through everything and kindly assisted me right away when I needed help. Definitely recommend.

Great friendly staff.. Marleen the manager at the location stayed late to accommodate me coming from out of town. I changed units twice and they did all they could to make the experience as easy as possibleI highly recommend this facility

A great experience getting my storage unit rental set up today. Dayton was very helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. The building is well lit and climate controlled. I highly recommend this location to anyone in Kitchener looking for a storage unit.

One of the most legit business I’ve even had the pleasure of dealing with.Getting the locker was quick and easy. Every single person I talked with was helpful and informative. Also on location they had every “extra” I could imagine. Packing supplies… locks..Just when I thought they couldn’t get any better I found closing the locker when I needed was even easier.. here’s the thing.. I was a few days past my anniversary/payment date and guess what? To my surprise there they didn’t change me the extra month. But here’s the kicker.. wasn’t even charged one dollar for being late.Thank you everyone at access storage. You’ve helped me out so very much!I highly recommend these guys to anyone on any budget.

There were many size and price options. We also received a flexible payment option that allowed us make a bulk payment. Accessing the unit was easy and seamless, not to mention friendly and efficient staff who followed up and aimed to please. Very satisfied!
