Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. On not one occasion but twice in the past week I’ve walked in with a paint swatch to purchase a few gallons. Last time they didn’t speak at all to me. This time I went in with swatch in hand. There were 3 staff chatting about who’s going out with who etc not work related.. and I stood there for 5 minutes not another customer in site. They continued talking amongst themselves. I moved from the paint area and stood here looking at them and then at me but wasn’t helped, greeted or anything. So I walked out.. as the door is closing very passive aggressively the male yelled thanks. I’m now off to the paint store that actually will make me paint.

Went in to get some paint matched from a sample that was on the cover to my electrical panel box and to buy a quart. Was told that I needed another sample and that they don’t match less than a gallon of paint. Drove to one of their competitors less than 5 minutes away where they matched the paint and sold me 1 quart.I don’t like companies that try to take advantage of you. Will never go back!

Anthony was such a great help in making sure when we touched up our paint at home that it matched perfectly. I called today to order more paint over the phone and he was very nice and professional to deal with. We are moving to kamloops but we will definitely recommend you guys to everyone.

first time I went we had no customer service, no one knows a thing about paint at this store. second time I was sold an interior product instead is exterior after I repeatedly asked if we could use outdoor. the only thing I like is there paint. it's great but I heard the other store in maple ridge is better. will be trying that one out.

I found the Maple Ridge location to be clean, well organized and adequately staffed. The associate was knowledgeable and friendly. This will be my first time using this brand so I cannot, yet attest to its quality but it is definitely expensive compared to a Hardware store brand.

I've shopped paints/stains from everywhere and Sherwins got the best paint hands down. Been using their paint for over 10 years now and trust me they last. I.e. my fence solid stain from them still looks new after 8 years! I know they are a bit pricier compared to your home depot, Canadian tire and those in their class. Just wait till Sherwin's drop their 40% off promos and that's when you buy!! Save yourself some money in the long run and get yourself some quality material.Their staff are always super helpful and will never try to upsell you into buying their more premium quality stuff or their paint accessories. I just moved from Ontario to B.C. and I wanted the same interior color from my house in Toronto to here. My wife and I both love this color. The girl who worked in Maple Ridge location called the store in Ajax, Ontario and got my account number and tracked down the paint name. She was a great help!!Not sure why I never gave a review but this was way overdue.

The customer service here is friendly enough but they are often out of product...and don't go above and beyond AT ALL to find a solution to still get a sale. I was told due to covid...they weren't able to get sample tins. I'm not buying outdoor paint to paint my entire house without testing some colors first. They told me NO ONE is going to have sample tins right now. Called Benjamin Moore and they were like of course we have sample tins." So we are buying from Benjamin Moore now. They lost a huge sale

It is friday , 5:10 , i am calling to make an order , i tried 4 times , nobody answering the call .It is possible that have closed the store early today , if Yes , they can update google page , which shows they are open . THANKS
