Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Worst experience every with every night shift person. They are very rude always has the doors locked while there sleeping behind the desk. Most unprofessional Petro-Canada staff I’ve been to in Kelowna.

I was in there last night May 12 2021 around 9pm and the guy that was working there with the gold earing was the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I was actually thinking this guy wanted to attack me. He seems like a VERY angry person who should NOT be working retail. It was actually a very uncomfortable and a bit of a scary situation.Myself or any family member will never ever go to this gas station again!!

between 12-6am just go to macs because the guy that works there is sitting in the back sleeping half the time with a sign on the door saying back in 5 mins". store is not available 70% of the time during these hours. much easier to just go to macs and not waste your time every time"

Woke up to a practically flat tire...rushing to get to work on time. Stopped here to grab some air so I wouldn't be late. $2 for air...good grief. Pit the 2 loonies into the coin box....no air...had to use my debit card before it would work. No coin return button on the coin box. In a huge hurry, so couldn't go in and deal with a refund and proof of coin loss. BEWARE!!!! $4 TO FILL ONE TIRE!!!

No lineup. Quick in and out.

It was convenient and not too busy. Very small lit at a very busy corner. Pump came up immediately. The window washer bucket a really had some type of soap. That was excellent to help get rid of bugs off the wind screen.

This Glenmore location is handy as it’s the only gas station around Glenmore. Friendly and helpful staff. However it’s a gong show sometimes due to the small footprint and that vehicles come from both directions.I try not to use gas stations that also charge for air which of course they do! The owner charges enough for gas like the rest of the “sheep” gas stations in Kelowna. Quick to put the price up - very slow to bring it down.Can’t wait for Costco to put a gas bar in.

This Petro Canada has a great staff & the best car wash in town! Great water pressure, warm water & the ability to take quarters. Recommended!

Worst service ever! The guy did something wrong on his end and the total didn't come up on the pump and I went in not two but three times so by then I was super upset and still had no gas and he still hadn't figured out what he did so the line got bigger and then a lady yelled at me and then a guy and I still couldn't leave and was in line first to all of u after me! So my time was as valuable as there's and he finally figured out how to use the gas card I gave him! He also said don't u mean 6.10 when I said there is 6.11 left on that card! Did I stutter. Nope I didn't u just think ur smarter than a Woman and stood there saying nothing because u didn't know what to say when I said well then there will be .01 cent on the card left! Maybe that was were he got confused! Trying to be smarter than me. So worst customer service and the locals are jerks too!

Absolutely robbing owner / manager for gas prices. Put up immediately to 170 a litre on the 24 Feb. disgusting.So glad Costco gas bar has opened up. Even tho I live just a block from Glenmoore petro can. I will never use them.
