Friendly and helpful staff. Nice place to shop

Vita Health is a bit expensive for some of the items but the store is always clean, staff is always helpful and seem to be happy to be a part of Vita Health. Recently I had a price discrepancy issue that was dealt with easily and quickly.I really do enjoy visiting Vita and always exciting to see what plant based goodies I can pick up.

Vita Health staff are WONDERFUL & very helpful. We eat very healthy so visit often. I’ve never had a problem or issue bc they stand behind their products. Eating healthy isn’t inexpensive but their prices aren’t why I go there!!! If you need a certain item they always try to get it in for you!!!

I usually enjoy shopping here. I like the variety of groceries offered.In dealing with COVID, I appreciate that the store now has a cleaning station for the carts. I think they sanitize the carts themselves but I also sanitize the cart I use before shipping.However, today I was disappointed by what I saw from number of staff. Several staff were preparing to-go foods and meals, without wearing masks. One man in particular coughed a few times and did appear to cover properly and did not wash his hands after.I will be rethinking my visits to the store... and definitely be avoiding their to-go meals from now on.

I back up all the other reviews! A great shop for organics, vitamins and health food. Very friendly staff, the Manager is really genuine and helpful, very nice.

Went in for tea and really could t find any. Wanted new veggie dogs locally made but none. Nice looking salads but wanted to get hungry and left without anything

Vita Health is a fantastic and well-run local chain of natural health stores in Winnipeg. The Portage Avenue location is one of the most convenient ones for me and my other favourite is the Garden City store.Their stores have plenty of options for vitamins, herbal supplements, organic and local fruits and vegetables, and a wide variety of other health foods (dry ingredients, baking, frozen items, beverages, etc.) with a great selection of vegan and gluten-free items. They frequently introduce new products, so I love visiting often to see what new things I can try.The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and positive. The interior of the store is spacious and clean and well laid-out.I would highly recommend Vita Health for all of your natural health needs. I love shopping here and will continue to visit regularly.

I ordered online recently for the first time and I just want to say that all the staff at the Portage Avenue location have been AMAZING. I had an issue with a bottle seal that came undone during shipping and they handled the situation wonderfully. You all are doing an amazing job during these times and deserve recognition ! Thank you so much for going above and beyond. This customer really appreciates it and I hope others do too.

Used to be my favorite place to rent movies and games. Now I can buy bananas that are already black. What sort of trade off is this?
