I recommend that you don’t go with VON if you have a job as they won’t work with your schedule if you work nights and you have a disability. Don’t care about their client. They just care about getting the job done if you want a good support service You better to get it yourself hire your own supports because these guys don’t listen to their clients. It’s only when they want to show off but it’s OK for them they don’tcare whether it’s the client just getting paid from their job and they’re on worktime whenever they want to come , so if you have a schedule, I recommend you don’t go to them but that’s with all agencies to. You’re better off not getting a job. If you have a disability, it seems like in the city. Poor service. I really hate this company as they don’t care about their client at all sometimes they leave their clients in their wheelchairs to at night just putting it out there

Not a supportive company at all. I worked for them over 33 years and they attempted to take away my salaried position. I won but not until I had spend much on legal fees. Poor poor management style and archaic in my opinion.
