I'm thankful we have the Lantzville Wellness Centre right here in our town. I went there today and now I feel confident that my injured knee will heal and be pain free before too much longer. Amazing therapy on offer. I wish I had gone to see them much sooner.

I experienced pain relief after my first visit. Nikita completed a thorough assessment and was able to focus in on the issue very quickly. She treated me with IMS and gave me a series of exercises and stretches to do daily until the next appointment. I am so pleased and relieved at the progress after only one appointment.

I had my first session with Sahil today and it was a very positive experience. Sahil had my history of shoulder problems at hand and had studied them so were able to address the problems very quickly. I am impressed by his knowledge and professionalism and am confident that he has the ability to help me in my rehabilitation journey.

I had my initial assessment and some treatments with Donna Howey today and found her to be very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Would highly recommend her for help with pain. Look forward to future appointments as necessary. The office was very clean and front staff very warm and welcoming.
