Soothe Downtown Spa

Soothe Spa is one of the friendliest and amazing place. Unlike other spas, the people actually give value for money service. My attendant Cherise was amazing, my friends attendant Gloria was very sweet as well. We opted for Facials and were not at all disappointed. They accept Tips in Cash only. So, if you book them, please carry cash. Loved them, will visit again.

A friend and I enjoyed a gorgeous spa afternoon at Soothe with massage and pedicure! I felt refreshed, relaxed, and so cared for. The atmosphere was welcoming and beautiful, and touches like the gentle scent of the oil and the feel of the hot boots are staying with me. The hot herbal tea was a lovely treat. Highly recommend!

Soothe Spa is AMAZING and an absolute must when visiting St.John’s! The staff are incredible, kind, and accommodating! Received a Facial By Gloria and it was absolutely wonderful, so very relaxing! She provided much detail on all products used during the service and took my skin concerns into consideration while choosing them! My skin felt and looked absolutely amazing, youthful, and refreshed! I Also have received waxing services from both Cherise and Wanda-Lee and both are absolutely fantastic really felt comfortable during this service with both gals! Highly recommend and definitely a hidden gem for those who don’t know about this incredible spa!

I have rosacea and had an amazing facial treatment at Soothe with many instructions and care about my problem. I bought the sensitive skin products after understanding all my needs and I feel my skin so much better now! Thank you!

Gloria and Wanda-Lee gave lovely facials to my partner and I.Gloria (the owner, I believe), went above and beyond for us to have a special experience. Facials are a rare celebratory treat for us and I'm so glad to have had such a fabulous experience with them. They use very high quality products which I'm happy to have at home now.I can't wait for the next time!

100% recommend!! Got the Brazilian which was efficient and well priced, technition was very understanding. Also got the happiest feet in saint John's and a manicure. OMG it was amazing! The talent of these ladies is astounding and my feet ho mostly couldnt be happier!LOVE LOVE LOOOOOVE!

I’ve been going to soothe for years & the staff are always amazing! I’ve seen a few aestheticians over the years and they’ve all been great. Currently see Wanda Lee and she’s the sweetest. Great for waxing, facials, products, etc. plus everything is vegan!!

What an amazing way to start 2021! I came into Soothe Downtown Spa to treat myself to a facial. The staff was friendly and thorough in helping me choose which service was best for my skin concerns. The service itself was extremely relaxing and performed with high quality products that were vegan and cruelty free! The staff (Wanda-lee and Taylor) gave me some great recommendations for future products to incorporate into my skincare routine and were very enthusiastic when answering my questions. It wasn't exactly cheap but my skin feels AMAZING and with the fantastic customer service I received I would say it was worth every penny. I will definitely continue to support this local business!

Establishments such as this make me grateful to visit St. John's. The kindness, professionalism and care of our estheticians was beyond any review we had read. My son's manicure, his first, not only soothed his hands, but calmed his mind. My pedicure...wow is all I can say. Gentle, relaxing and so good for tired feet. The warm bed and scalp massage put it over the top. I can't wait to return when visiting my son again...this will be my first stop. Gloria and Cherise, thank you so very much!!

This is my absolute favourite place to go for manis/pedis, facials, and their waxing and other services. The skincare products they use are so effective that I switched completely over to buying only theirs. Now I no longer even need my doctor prescribed topical creams and my skin has never been better. I even bring my teenage son to get his skin treated for his skin problems. Their knowledge, products, professionalism and consistent excellent service is amazing! You won’t be disappointed. I hear of other friends experiences from other local places and tell them this is the place to go for relaxation and great quality services.
