TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Alan, the customer experience associate, was very patient and helpful. The experience we had today in this branch was very good. I know most people only do reviews if they have something to complain about, so I give 5 star to Alan, and to the staff of this branch. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately, this bank treats its customers as if they were thieves. The ATM inside the building is always closed and the management of this bank is incompetent and does not respect its customers. I have decided to close my bank account because of this infuriating and cowardly behavior.

This must be TD’s Worst branch ever in the lower mainland with staff that is not familiar with their job and cannot answer simple questions. No wonder this branch’s overall rating on google review is merely 2.5. Went in to simply get a replacement card and ended up spending more than an hour answering dumb questions that were being asked repeatedly. Felt like being interrogated by police for committing some serious crime. Never again going to this branch again - ever!

Great bank and terrific friendly service- only giving 4 stars due to the fact that they lock their doors outside regular banking hours which restricts access to the bank machines in the outer lobby (which I never encountered at my other TD banks in Alberta or BC.)

I’ve been a client of td bank for many years. In March they had an offer to try easy trade and if kept the account until June would give $100 to try. So I did and still have that account. It’s now august and it’s ridiculous they are making me chase this offer. On hold forever to be told it would be deposited in august. It’s now the end of august and nothing. So I call again on hold forever so hung up. No where to email just to call. Meanwhile I get endless emails and phone messages from their investment department to try and get me to invest in other things. So when I responded to one of these regarding the easy trade was told not my department sorry you have to go on hold again to beg for it. No thanks. I left one message with my branch and if not received as per offer then I’ll move my accounts to another bank. If your thinking of signing up with td with any offer don’t bother. Not worth the time you wasting chasing after it. Sadly I used to be very happy with this bank.

I even been with TD for over 20 years , never had issues until I moved y to Richmond . This branch has the worst ratings. One of teller name ( JOY ). Extremely rude , ignorance, I believe this is a personal issue not the bank.I hope person in charge of this branch take better look into people compliant and start to repair this problem.Also I have called the TD complain line. They don’t know her. JOY is not her real name.

I came here with a credit card concern, After contacting credit card call centre they couldn't help me that's why I came here in this branch.I thought the will disappoint me as like as the Call Center.But Mr Emil the Manager and his team prove me wrong.The Manager has invested his valuable time more than one and half hours, even his duty was finished he stayed with me longer to make sure that my problem is solved.Much Love to TDMuch Love to Mr. Emil and his Team.

Good service. Appointment was available for same day as I live in a remote location. Worked out very well. Very nice advisor, with answers to any questions I had. A pleasure to deal with.One issue with this branch’s online info. The branch/transit number only has 3 digits it should have 4 as per Gov Canada requirements to use direct deposit. Yes I know the 5th number is 0 but it’s missing the 4th or am I mistaken?
