I agree with the review below. If they send you a defective item they won't replace it and you are stuck with it. Very poor customer service. I recommend that you only pay with your credit card and if you have any issues call your credit card company and do a chargeback!!. Or better yet use someone that cares about their customers

I recently paid a one year subscription, but today Buzz TV is not working. I sent a message and called, they keep asking me to try again in an hour. I paid but I am not getting the service.

I went to pick up a package that was delivered at the UPS pick-up point. The man at the counter was extremely rude. I gave him the slip that was left at my door and he told me that he didn't have my package and that I had to call UPS. After searching through my emails, UPS had confirmed that they dropped off the package at the pick-up point. He argued with me saying that the slip was not enough to pick up the package. I gave him the tracking number and eventually confirmed that the package was in the store. The store had boxes everywhere and was completely disorganized so I he had a very difficult time finding the package. I eventually found the package with my name on it, which was just sitting on the sales floor. I had a computer in the box (which I had told him) and he proceeded to aggressively handle the box. It's unfortunate that we don't have a choice of what drop off location we get our packages sent to.

I will never use them for UPS service. Teribble!I dropped off my package and forgot to pick the tracking number. Four days later my package isnt delivered and when I called the number on the website, the guy was very rude. Why provide your number if you dont want people to call you eh?

The store has decent collection of electronics parts, Laptops, antenna, IPTV etc. The best part is they also have courier pickup service.

I have been with them since 2016. Great service and quick response. Signal is always strong.

Oh my god!!!I highly do not recommend this guys. Let me tell you my story with the one I dealt with. So I went there to get my laptop fixed and he told me that he had to reset the laptop first by charging $50 just because of using the original windows update which I am pretty sure they don’t. Guess what happened? it didn’t work and thereafter he put something like silicon to fix the heater issue because this was my laptop problem but it wasn’t and he said he fixed it. In final scenario I overcharged around $120 and I could not get my laptop fixed. Apart from overcharging problem. They have horrible costumer service. I hope you guys understand your problems and do not treat any customer like that again.

Stay away, I would not recommend this place unless you are looking for a headache. You go there and they are sitting on chairs behind their desk while you are at the entrance waiting for over 5 minutes. They than look up to you and say (**what) Very bad customer service and even after that if you purchase anything, good luck getting help with products, they will tell I don't know after you purchase it but before that, it's an excellent product, great price but it's the opposite. Go to Amazon and you will have a much better experience, and much cheaper. Hope this helps and no one goes this experience.

Hope you don't have to get your UPS package from here. Buddy was late to open the doors and had customer packages accessable to customers by the door and then nearly gave us the wrong package. Extremely disorganized and rude. Looks like he might even keep customer repair laptops within customer reach, so who knows who might gets their hands on your data.
