Really fast and kind people working. They never steal your bottle money which is a huge plus.Edit to add for 2023- still the best bottle depot in the nw, they have an auto count now for small bottles and have helped me carry my bottles inside. So kind! I make sure to tip with that outstanding service! many thanks to all the workers :)

Royal Oak Bottle Depot
This is the best bottle depot in the NW, probably the city. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the depot is tidy and clean and they have a great hand washing station on your way out. My experience there yesterday was the most positive I've had, not only at a bottle depot, but probably at any business in years. Keep up the great work. I'll be back and tell all my friends.

Amazing customer service. It is a pleasant surprise to see how the team here go above and beyond. They even come to the car with the cart to help you unload. They seem so cheerful and happy to help. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such great service. Keep up the good work!!

If you are organizing a larger bottle drive, please don't miss the opportunity to use the trailer service from these folks! We reserved the trailer for our band bottle drive, it was delivered to our location and picked up exactly when we needed it. I received an email the next day telling us the amount and it was e-transferred into our school account. There were no additional charges for this service and we will never go back to bringing our own trailers and trucks. It has made the entire process so much easier and Sandeep was a joy to deal with, as always!

Royal Oak Bottle Depot
We wanted to throw together a quick bottle drive for our school. They emailed back the same day I inquired, had the trailer parked the night before, and picked it up right after our bottle drive was over. We had an e-transfer from them within 2 days. I'm so impressed at their efficiency and customer service.

Great location. Next to carwash for multi purpose trips.Staff are very friendly and helpful, they'll come out to your car if you need help. They're also really fast and efficient.Parking and entry/exit are very convenient.Sure it's not like you'll shop around for your favourite bottle depot but it's a good location nonetheless.

Easily to find parking, with clearly sign of entrance. Not very strong odour it’s maintained very well for cleanness. Usually not very busy you only wait couple minutes sometime you can go directly to the counter. Staff is efficient and fast they sort different kind of bottles and give you a slip you can go the ATM to withdraw the money out. Very convenient location for Royal Oak, Rocky Ridge and Tuscany residents.

Highly recommend this business. Excellent customer service. Attendants come out to the parking lot to assist you in getting your bottles or cans into the business. The floors are mopped clean. In addition to manual sorting, they have two electric sorting machines. These improve efficiency; you spend less time queuing.
