Jackie is unbelievable! I worked with her my summer going into grade 12 totally unsure of what I wanted to do, and through her services we were able to determine a university program that was a perfect fit for my intended career path (which she also helped me to discover). She really cares about the students she works with and doesn't stop until you're completely satisfied with the results you produce together. Worth every penny, would recommend to any student who feels lost or like they need some educational guidance because she WILL get the job done!

Working with Jackie was exactly what our son needed in the summer prior to his final year in high school. From Grade 12 course selection to helping us navigate through the labyrinth of post secondary on-line program offerings Jackie guided us through the process. Once our son completed the interest-based testing, Jackie gave us excellent tools to investigate degree programs, degree/diploma programs, and diploma programs matching our son's strengths Jackie explained the importance of looking at individual courses offered by different schools in each program and whether pathways were available for post-grad opportunities. In the end our son will apply to both college and university programs, but he is going forward with confidence knowing he has done the necessary research to narrow down his top choices. We can't thank Jackie and the staff at Barclay Educational Services enough for all of the time and energy spent helping our kids navigate this next chapter in their lives. Barclay's step by step approach kept our kids on track and moving toward their goals. We all experienced a calm sigh of relief after our first meeting with Barclay (parents and our kids!), we knew we were in good hands. With each visit, our decision to work with Barclay was validated. I was amazed how they were able to take an emotionally charged decision and break it down into a fun and manageable process.

We were more than pleased with the work Jackie had our kids do. She motivates them in a way that no parent or school guidance counsel could. Very approachable and takes on the tasks directly with the student with parent involvement only when needed. Our daughter is now in Medical school in the UK, and our son is currently signed up with Jackie. We have repeatedly recommended her to our friends. She is top notch.

Finding Barclay Educational Services was the best thing that could have happened to my son when he wanted to study in the UK. We were provided with valuable information and support throughout the process of applying. After receiving an undergraduate degree my son is back to see Jackie Barclay for more guidance in making decisions about post graduate study. I have been to Jackie twice now for two of my kids. She is very thorough in helping the kids make their own informed decision on which schools to apply to. I enjoyed the time she took with the kids and also having the kids research the schools and potential careers in their own to start the process of being independent young adults. I would strongly recommend her services to any young high school student who would like help choosing their career path and education.

Both Jackie and Lisa were extremely helpful & knowledgeable when it came time for me to decide where I wanted to go for my post secondary education! I highly recommend going to them for both private guidance counseling and if you are looking to go to school in the UK.

Jackie was a pleasure to work with in helping our daughter to decide her post secondary educational path. She took her step by step with a great deal of detail, through the process and was so positive about her strengths and options for the future. She gives students the independence to make choices while helping them every step of the way in deciding what those choices will equate to when looking at the next step. This includes helping them to pick courses to prepare them for where they are heading. Jackie is a professional in every way and is extremely talented at what she does. She genuinely cares about the students she works with and goes above and beyond to answer all questions along the way. I would recommend Jackie to any of my friends and family as her services truly benefited our family and we are truly grateful.

Sadly we have had a very bad experiance with Jackie Barclay. She has treated us very unprofessionally. I would never recommend her services to anyone.

We are currently using Barclay Educational Services for the third time as we had such success with our two older kids! Jackie is always amazing to work with. She helped navigate our first two children through the process of deciding what post secondary school programs and schools to apply to. They are both are extremely happy where they are now! Our youngest child is in grade 11 and is already working with Jackie to pick the best high school courses in order to keep her options open and working on researching different career paths. All three of our children also did a one on one time management session" which was extremely helpful for them to better organize their study skills. I have total trust that Jackie will again lead our youngest in the right direction! I have also recommended Jackie to many friends and all have been happy with her as well."
