Having recently acquired a low-mileage and clean e46 M3, I was worried about its history and also some of the known issues attributed to the vehicle. I wanted to start a clean slate by doing the big Inspection II'" maintenance and also get a front end rattle sorted out.I am sure there are tons of great techs in Durham region

Between excellent customer service and affordability, I can't fathom visiting another shop to look after my car than Stance Factory. Jay takes his time to give you a detailed analysis of your vehicle and provides you with the information needed to make an informed decision. Brought my BMW to Stance Factory to have some work done last month. The owner Jason took great care of my car, very friendly service and most important my car is running like a charm. I would definitely recommend for anyone to bring their BMWs here as the prices are affordable and most important its a very trustworthy company. Keep up the great work Stance Factory!!!

I’ve been coming to SF for years now, starting with my n54 E92 and now onto my n55 F22. Jason is a pleasure to deal with and a master at what he does. I don’t know anyone I would trust with a BMW over him. The shop is always clean when I come in, which says a lot about who is running it. A true professional.

I was recommended to come here to get my transmission fluid changed. Got quoted a reasonable rate and no complaints as far as driving quality is afterwards (higher milage vehicle). I was also informed of a leak that I hadn’t noticed and was quoted a reasonable price as well. I did end up doing that job myself but I highly recommend coming here for bmw related needs for sure.

One of the best shops in Ontario for BMW’s. Brought my F30 N55 here for diagnostics, got honest and truthful recommendations.Shop is an hour from my house but it’ll be one of my go to places from now on.
